i got this with 3 weeks to go for my delivery date. i used it everyday with the exercises suggested for labor induction and to help with a fast labor. as this was my third child, i wanted avoid an induction this time so i thought why not try this. i loved it! this worked great for the purpose, it helped me relax, feel like i was "working out" and really do believe these help with the process. i was also 210 lbs and it held my weight great. needless to say i was a week overdue but when she came it was very fast and furious, i almost had her in the car on the way. lol. now i'm using it to tone back up, and i can feel the burn, it's an easy way to start the weight loss process with three kids sven and under.

So I didn't actually buy this, my six year old daughter did. She did her research (compared colors) and I helped find a less expensive option. She loves this thing. I actually tried to discourage the purchase since we already have two similar balls in the house, but we raise them stubborn in my family and it's her money so now it's in our home constantly being bounced on. I guess it helps get her use some of that energy (I wish she could just give it to me) and it is more her size than the others we have. Perfect for kids or other small humans, it is almost exactly what you expect it to be. The only thing I was unsure about was knowing how much I could inflate it before compromising it's integrity. One of the balls we have came with a tape piece you can put around it to measure the inflated size. It's such a simple accessory, but is nice to have and I wish this option had one too.

This ball is exceedingly small and does not inflat anywhere close to the advertised 65cm

I'm 5'2'' and the size of this yoga ball is perfect for me to sit on and to work out. I bought it when I accidentally strained a muscle on my lower back and started experiencing back pain when I sit. A lot of people recommended this type of yoga ball to replace chairs/sofa and this one is so reasonably priced that I bought it immediately. It came with a manual pump and it took me a while to blow it up, which was an excise by itself. Overall, I have been very happy about it and would recommend to anyone with minor back pain.

I really shopped around when looking for a quality exercise ball and I hit the jackpot with this purchase. The ball is exactly what I wanted and I absolutely love my bright purple color that matches my hand weights and my yoga mat. The ball is sturdy enough to handle any exercise I can throw at it and it appears to be very durable, unlike my last, much thinner ball. An added bonus was that the ball doesn't have that plastic, funky smell that so many do. This one was clean and clean smelling right out of the box. I will definitely buy from this company again.

I have had this ball approximately two weeks and feel it is pretty much as described. The weight of the ball feels lighter than my previous exercise ball (different manufacturer), so I suspect the rubber (or whatever material the ball is made of) is thinner than my previous exercise ball. I did not find that "...inflating is fast and simple." by using the included air pump, but I really could not expect much from a manual air pump. However, these are subjective opinions. I am giving the exercise ball five stars and will modify my rating if needed.

I love this Ball! I bought it for use as my new Computer chair and I am so glad I did. It's the perfect height for my desk. I can already tell my posture and core strength is improving. Plus if I decide to take a break BAM instantly ready to do some sit ups! My only "problem" is that it needs to have a little extra pump every other week or so. Its also been very cold so this could be part of the problem. The pump is very easy to use. But be prepared for a project when you fill it. It takes a little bit of time but is very worth it.Thank you very much! I recommend to all my friends!

This was a great, inexpensive purchase. The ball arrived deflated and folded, as expected. I followed the instructions for inflating - even doing the second day deflate and re-inflate.I’m taking off a star because my package did not include the tool that removes the white plugs. Those are tricky to get out without the remover tool. Luckily, I had another one at work and could use it. Also, while this is a great size for exercises, I should've gotten the largest size. This size was not big enough to be used as a desk chair replacement. But is still a very good purchase and of similar quality to other exercise balls I’ve used.

I ordered this ball on purpose because many people left the negative reviews saying it's smaller than 65cm. I am only 5'3", so I needed a smaller ball. My husband got a right 65cm ball from another seller.

Held air for 1 day - now it is soggy and no matter how much times Its pumped...it lets out in a few mins (gets soft). The window passed for return, so now i’m stuck with a flat ball.
