How to Day Trade: The Plain Truth [Cameron, Ross] on desertcart.com. *FREE* shipping on qualifying offers. How to Day Trade: The Plain Truth Review: Easy read, concise, clear, and full of insight for new day-traders - Book is a good companion to watching Ross Cameron's YouTube videos. It gives his basic search criteria (that took him lots of trial and error to discover) and some examples of student success. He gives a little background to his life story and what it took for him to break through and become profitable. His search criteria helps you find the right stocks at the right time with the right strategy. Success or failure ultimately depends on skill, intuition, pattern recognition, and risk management. His YouTube channel and this book give you the right framework to train yourself. I like that he is against mirror-trading and teaches people how to replicate his process so you don't become dependent upon him. This method really isn't able to be mirror-traded as most trades happen in under 2-3 minutes start to finish. But if you can look in the right place at the right time, eventually it just becomes a matter of timing and intuition. His early struggles gave him years of practice before he started getting gains, which in my opinion shows that it isn't a "get rich quick scheme," even if that is the eventual result. It is a "lose riches quick" scheme until you can figure out how to win, and he is trying to help you make the right adjustments to see profitability. Ultimately timing and intuition are everything. Think of it like being a total amateur that has never played baseball, trying to hit the fastest MLB pitches that have ever been thrown at you. It takes a lot of time to gain necessary skill, and no one hits 1.000. One winner can offset 3 strikeouts so following his basic advice seems like a good method. Theory can be different from reality though, so I find the testimonials at the end of the book encouraging because he has proved that his process is replicable with LOTS of practice. Practice is the key to consistency which is the key to profitability. Learning discipline and gaining skill and intuition is a personal journey that takes time and his book and YouTube content is like a funnel guiding you in the right direction, if you choose high speed scalping and day-trading as your preferred strategy. Review: A must read for anyone interested in Day trading. - Ross Cameron’s How to Day Trade is an essential read for anyone considering day trading as a serious hobby or side pursuit. It’s not just a technical manual — it’s a personal roadmap from someone who’s actually walked the walk. Cameron doesn’t glamorize the lifestyle; instead, he lays out a structured, disciplined approach built around his now well-known 5 pillars of stock selection. The book is especially valuable for beginners because it balances theory with personal lessons from Cameron’s early success and painful losses. His transparency — including detailed trade examples and psychological challenges — sets this apart from the fluff found in many trading books. He clearly aims to “give back” to the community by distilling what actually works.

Day Trading
Good book on basic day trading fundamentals. I’m a beginning trader and this was my first book on day trading. Informative and direct. The only reason I gave it 4 star review is that I’d like to see more on getting in, how long to stay in, and when to exit. It covers this basically, I’d just like a more nuanced discussion about it. I suppose that may come with time and experience. There may be other books as well thst cover these things in more detail. Either way, good book, I’m reading it again at the moment.

Best Methods for Day Trading
Got introduced to Ross Cameron while watching YouTube and haven’t looked back since. He’s a fantastic teacher, he’s authentic and trustworthy. He doesn’t need to show you rented Lamborghini’s to prove his success. His success is proven by his audited financial statements, and his very open and clear strategy. I’ve been using his strategy to earn around $500 to $1000 daily. As he suggests, I started with a simulator then moved on to a small account of $2000 so that I didn’t blow up my life while I gained the skill. I ordered the book for my son to study and try warrior trading methods as well. The only criticism I have is I wish there was a colour version available to show the candle sticks in red and green. But other than that I’m happy with the success I’m getting from applying his strategies.

One of the best books I’ve come across on day trading!
One of the best books I’ve come across on day trading! It's an exceptional resource for anyone interested in getting into day trading. This book does a fantastic job of breaking down complicated concepts into easy-to-understand language. This guide is packed with valuable insights. What really stands out is the author's focus on risk management and discipline, which I believe are key to long-term success. Rather than focusing on get-rich-quick tactics, the book emphasizes the importance of patience, consistency, and careful decision-making. Definitely a must read!!!

I just recently came across Ross on YouTube after becoming interested in day trading. Take it from me he is excellent at explaining what to do and what not to do when it comes to day trading and he explains everything so that anyone can follow and learn. If you have any interest in day trading this is the book to get and also follow his YouTube!
