What if I wanted to see the time in the middle of the night? Could I tap to make it come on then it turns off automatically?

You can see the time all night long. It doesn't go away.

How many lux is it? How bright does it get?

This is a great question! Restore 2 can reach approximately 180 lux at 50cm.

Does the clock need to be reset every time there's a power outage? Will the alarm still go off if power goes out for a few minutes overnight?

Restore 2 gets it’s time from the internet, so as long as 1) there is power and 2) the internet is back up it will automatically re-sync to the correct time and all alarms and other features will work as before.
