Instantly you notice this is made for the gym, the quality is industrial, very hard wearing.The grip on the surface is great and not uncomfortable and it does indeed weight pretty much 5kgs.The size is small enough that you can hold with one hand and push up above your head, or lay on your back and push out to the ceiling and not too small that two handed it would be uncomfortable.Two handed is fine, the ball is large enough for even the biggest hands to be fine here.I have used this for a few days now and I already look forwards to my exercise with it.Value is relative, sure it's not the cheapest on the market or the most expensive, but this is for sure at the higher end of quality, this is at least as well made as the ones my Gym uses.I would like to see this cheaper than £35, but it's not expensive, it will almost certainly never need replacing.

I'm really pleased with this medicine ball , fitness workout , training ball it's very well made , it's as good as any I've used in any gym , good grip and robustly made , ideal for workouts or for Warm up and Warm down routines.I like the colour, the feel and grip of it , looks a bit like a basketball but weighs 5kg and doesn't bounce , a good addition to our fitness equipment and can be used on its own as a full body weight loss aid or as part of a regular workout regime along with weights and cycling, jogging, swimming.It's quite compact and easy to store , I think it's perfect to use for Warm up before doing the weights , but can be used on its own for exercise.This can be shared by others , it's a good quality ball that looks like will last years.

Good quality slam ball, it's no bounce so you won't be getting it back in your face. The outer is good quality and doesn't slip in use, it feels like it could take a lot of punishment. Very good quality.
