A Pillow That Truly Supports
This product is terrific. I am blown away by the 3 levels of support that it offers. It's versatile and so comfortable, especially for side and back sleepers like myself. A really well-made product that offers outstanding comfort and support. Highly recommended!

The most comfy pillow I’ve found yet
I keep trying pillows to find one that lets me sleep completely comfortable all night long, and this one from Nectar, the Tri-Comfort, earns a premium designation from me. The exterior is pleasant to the touch, doesn’t make any noise, and doesn’t seem to get warm with use. It seems like the cover is just breathable enough to allow for cooling without compromising the structure. The filling hasn’t shown evidence of clumping or bunching, something I’ve run into with a number of previous pillows I’ve tried. What really makes it great for me though is that both if the short sides have zippered gussets, so you can open up either gusset or both to make the pillow feel softer in two stages, or close either or both to bump up the firmness. The change is small in any of those stages, but just enough to notice distinct differences. I prefer opening the gussets as ambient temperatures get cooler and keeping them closed during the warmer months. The small changes in how far my head settles into the pillow make a difference in how warm or cool I feel, and those little differences make for big comfort.Yes, there’s a premium here, but it matched up to a premium product! My neck is no longer having fairly regular discomfort, I feel like I’m sleeping cooler, and I can tweak the firmness with very minimal effort when I need to. After several months of continuous use, it hasn’t yet shown any signs of wear, and that’s really impressive to me. I might just have found a good one!

I Expect more from Nectar
I needed a replacement because, I left my original nectar pillow in a hotel on a cross country drive 😭This pillow is not up to the quality I expect from nectar. I have a nectar bed (5 years now) and (had 2) pillows that came with it. I still love the bed. It's very thin, not memory foam at all, and was at most a $30 pillow (not $70+). It did feel cool, but that wasn't the main reason I wanted it.On top of that, it seems that this had previously been shipped to another person. (The shipping label was still on it and the box had been opened - gross!)Just an all around disappointment.

Great for cooling, no so much firmness
I think they would be better advertising this has a cooling pillow only rather than a cooling pillow with adjustable firmness. Honestly I can’t tell a difference in the firmness but if you’re looking for cooling you found it. This thing is so cold every time I touch it’s almost unbelievable. The only downside to this is it’s not super firm which was what I really wanted.

A Dream Come True for a Good Night's Sleep
I've been using the pillow for a while now and it's absolutely fantastic. The premium memory foam feels incredibly comfortable. One thing I appreciate is the breathable cover that keeps the pillow fresh. The cooling comfort is a game-changer, especially for someone like me who sweats a lot at night. It has helped to reduce my neck pain considerably. The ComforZip technology is another great feature. All in all, I love this pillow and finally, I'm able to get a full night's sleep.

Inadequate fill
I've been shopping for a replacement for my 8-year-old "Miracle Bamboo" memory foam pillow. I purchased this quite some time ago and it's been great, but it is starting to develop a bit of a permanent "memory" and I've been looking at other high end pillows to replace it. I have tried pillows from Coop, Tempurpedic and a number of off-brand companies. My primary criteria are sufficient loft such that my head doesn't sink into the pillow too much, cooling ability of some sort, and a washable cover. I was attracted to this pillow because unlike the others, adjusting the firmness was as simple as zipping a few gussets, rather than having to mess around with adding additional fill. That said, this pillow does not meet 2 of those 3 criteria. The cooling cover on the pillow itself is excellent. However, the rest of the pillow is subpar. To be clear, I allowed the pillow to sit for several hours before I judged it to be under-filled. I also threw it in the dryer on low for 20 minutes as another brand mentioned that was needed to get it to fully expand. However, this pillow is simply under-stuffed. You can hold it by one end and what stuffing is in it will settle on the opposite end leaving a substantial gap. Additionally, one can pinch the pillow between the palms of both hands and meet in the middle with a scant ½" of material between. If you tuck your arm under the pillow as I do, you'll find that your arm is supporting your head and not the pillow - it's that bad. With that said, it is simply laughable that the "firmness" of the pillow could be adjusted with the gussets with the way this particular pillow was delivered to me. If it was adequately filled, those gussets should indeed compress the fill and make it feel more dense... but you have to have a certain amount of density to start with. Why does this matter? Well, for me, I can't have my head sink so much into a pillow that it blocks my nose and mouth and when laying on my stomach. Even at its "firmest" setting, it does exactly that. I seriously wanted to love this pillow based on the cooling cover, but either the design or the manufacturing process needs to be addressed by the vendor. To put it bluntly, it just doesn't work as advertised. My Miracle Bamboo pillow was probably one of the most expensive pillows I'd ever purchased previously, but I bit the bullet because I could tell it would last a very long time - and it did. Unfortunately, I can't find the brand still on the market. But with respect to the Nectar Tri-Comfort pillow -- even if you like a ridiculously soft pillow, as the material wears down, it's only going to get worse - and likely in short order considering the density of the filling they use. You'll notice it right away as the box and the pillow itself are as light as your average $15 department store pillow. When you're spending premium prices on a pillow, you want it to last and I have very little doubt this one will. Unfortunately, I've had to send it back.
