This is a great value unit, and easy to set up.The base unit is neat and plugs into a electric socket - no batteries required. The bell push unit does take a battery which is ready supplied and installed.Fitting is easy: screws are supplied for the push unit, and so is double-sided adhesive. As we have a plastic door we used the tape, which is a secure and waterproof fitting.There are 52 (!) tones from which to select - some are worth listening to for a laugh. We opted for the standard "bing bong" - which is loud (volume can be adjusted.)

I bought this product initially (which I loved) but found that having two dogs and two young kids I needed to upgrade to the 2 x Receiver model.I needed to do this as the noise in the house at times drowned out the downstairs door-chime (receiver), so I put one upstairs too.NOW, I can hear if someones at the door while I'm upstairs...Nice choice of melodies & nice design...

Excellent value, looks great, easy to set up , waterproof, good choice of tunes. Lost a point as hard to re-sync when trying to choose a new tune.

works well no problems only downside for me you can only put the ringer unit where there is a power socket, unlike a totally portable unit

10 outa 10 fa this door bell,gr8 piece a kit so easy to install loads a tunes(most a them r annoying like)but th choice is there.4 different volume settings so gud if ya hard a hearing plus it lites up when rang,it has th classic ding dong too, not many do well worth th money

Very good doorbell, good ring, tone good, only minus point, it doesn't light up in dark.

Easy to install, looks great, only concern is the receiver could be a little louder, I have it on the loudest setting and can only just hear it if I'm upstairs. Nice product though.
