Great design.
What a great product !!!I was using the heavy clay filled packs post rotator repair, having to put a towel on my skin first, having to sit while I balance The pack in my shoulder . What a nuisance .This pack I can use plush in my skin, then flip ..and it straps so I can walk around if needed or at least not perform a circus balancing act.

Ok
Would likely work with a muscle sprain/sore muscles but it was way too heavy and extremely uncomfortable to sit on my shoulder post rotator cuff surgery.

Recommend for shoulder pain!
100% What I needed! Comfortable, lasts a long time and really works. Only tried frozen so far and it covers the right area for someone with shoulder issues and relieve swelling and pain. Recommend!

does not stay on very well. Not as secure as I had hoped. Works in a pinch

This worked as it should. Fit nicely and reduced the swelling and nerve pain. Higher quality than what I expected for the price. Would buy again.
