3” x 3” Power Cage Squat Rack Accessories, Dip Bars

Power rack - I live in Hawaii and could not get any of the large brands to ship a 3x3 rack to me without crazy costs. I wanted a 6 post 3x3 rack. I bought 2 of these and was able to connect them together for less than buying a 4 post rack. I have the leg stabilizers on instead of bolting down and it is amazingly solid. This is such a good price for a 3x3 with standard hole size and can take attachments from any brand. My only comment is that it looks like it has holes for a lat attachment but they don't offer one - it's probably compatible with other companies lat pull downs, but I'm not sure. Also I love the multigrip pullup barDip bar This is the cheapest 3x3 rack Dip attachment I could find. I like that this is a V shape attachment so it allows to find the correct width. It attaches to the rack with 2 pins so it is a little awkward to hold it up while you put in the first pin. Also it has felt inside to prevent metal on metal contact. I'll probably add some electrical tape to reinforce the barrier between this and the rack. I was afraid the diameter of the handles would be small and hurt my hands, but It's actually a decent thickness, it has some very minor knurl as well which was a surprise. For myself I added fat gripz to the handles and it feels amazing to dip on now. I weight 250# or so and it doesn't budge. I do have the 3x3 power rack from the same company so I'm not sure if the pin spacing would be the same for other popular 3x3 racks.

great value. little bit loose on my signature fitness metric rack 75x75 with 16mm hardware. solid when in use but there is some play side to side when attaching to the rack. the arms are a good sized diameter but have no grip. i added some 80 grit grip tape to mine just to make it grippier. i'm happy for the price i paid but plan to upgrade to mutant metal UDA.

Great for anyone who needs one but is limited on space. Fits perfectly on a Olympic squat rack. Easy on, easy off. Very sturdy even for those up to 250 lbs. Couldn't be any happier.

i just wish that the holding bars would be a little bit thicker,,,,,,but other then that it fits perfectly on the Rack!!!

As the title says it works fine only problem is it came with no pins… How am I suppose to attach it to my rack? Thankfully I have random bolts that get the job done.

I bought the dip bar attachment and originally it was shipped and then delayed in transit and then my order got canceled and refunded. I waited and found it back in stock and ordered it again and got it within a few days. HUGE box but packaged well. Works great and seems sturdy enough for my uses. Doing weighted dips with no issues. It does NOT come with the pins so you will need to get those separately. I just found some trailer pins that worked great. I have a generic 3x3 rack similar to a Rogue Monster Lite Half Rack and it fits with no issues.

Great dip bar! Sturdy. I screwed up and didn’t measure correctly so only one support bar holds it up on my cage…so far pretty good with the amount of weight I’ve used on it!
