Nice exercise ball in a fancy deep colour – well, the odd selection colours is perhaps an issue. But the ball is fine and easy to use. We mostly use it for abdominal and thigh training. It is can be used for a wide range of purposes.It is very sturdy made of appropriately thick rubber that importantly has a good grip. And it comes with spare plugs and a plug removal tool. Ours remains inflated for weeks without losing much pressure so the plug works well. The only issues are a.) that it had a rubbery odour when we removed it from its arguably nice packaging though this ceased somewhat over time.b.) the problem with all these balls is that if you want to use them away from home you’ll need to inflate and deflate it to carry around. We already had a proper, small hand pump for the children’s ball collection, one that easily fits in gym bags so I would recommend that if you gave to ingrate and deflate the ball frequently. Otherwise quite pleased with it.

This is just like the ball I use in my Pilates class, it’s perfect for home use. I found it easy to inflate and yes you have to be quick with the plug but it was still inflated and it’s a squishy ball and not needed to be overly firm for my exercises. It comes with spare plugs and tubes to inflate. My delivery arrived 5 days early so was really pleased!!

Love this! I'd previously bought their large or what might be considered regular sized ball for my pregnancy and to take to the maternity ward and that's turned in to a great part of my routine but with a little person running around now space is at more of a premium! The mini exercise ball (I got the 25cm purple), is same great quality - rubber feels very robust - but so much easier to blow up and store,The box has 3 exercise ideas on the back already but I found loads more online (Pop Sugar was a good source). Also been great for my husband who has back problems and has found this helps him work different areas comfortably.

Just what I hoped it would be!

I have problems with my knees & climbing stairs. Have been using this to improve strength in my knees- as recommended via exercises set by my physiotherapist. Found it really easy to pump up & use.
