Update your firmware!
I thought mine was a bad build when I first received it. I updated the firmware using the instructions from the Behringer website and it works perfectly now. So, be sure you do that - it's important.

You can’t get better for the money

Came with non working software
Product came with non working firmware. I had to spend hours to figure the problem. Downloaded newest firmware and updated. Shouldn't be shipping non working units...The unit has a step learning curve and I really feel bad for people who wont figure out its malfunctioning until after the exchange return date has passed...I still give 4 stars because i know this is a Behringer problem more than a Gearnuts problem...
