buyers from the UK should be aware this only comes with a 2 pin european plug, not the UK 3 pin, and no adapter provided even after contacting Elari through Amazon.No way to change things such as screen timeout times, alarm snooze length or frequency. predictive text is not very intuitive.

Easy to make a call.
Great phone for someone elderly with poor vision or fingers not as precise as they used to be, big buttons clearly marked, camera, internet access if required,sos button, has other apps included WhatsApp ect, fitting the simcard will be a task for an elderly person not tech savvy but straight forward if you are.

I bought SafePhone as a gift to my grandfather. Now the whole family is happy! He easily mastered the phone (thanks to the large buttons), and now we can track his location and receive SOS messages in emergency cases. And, of course, many thanks for pre-installed WhatsApp!
