Great product! Every bed ought to come with one for each side of the bed! Purchased after extensive back surgery and it was great assist with rolling over and getting in and out of bed safely. Only criticism needs pockets on the bed side of rail to keep tv remote, phone, etc. instead of the outside.

This product is very sturdy and helpful for my husband, who has not been well and has limited strength. Instructions were a tad confusing, but not incorrect. Once we figured it out and had it assembled, it worked out great.

The included instruction sheet for (sic) "Bed Assit ail" is terrible. When putting the parts together, a seemingly easy job, it's critical to know whether the 'spring buttons' face in or out. Get it wrong and you end up, as I did, having to take it all apart and start over. The included instruction sheet is useless in this regard (as are the bizarre "Instructions for using the Smart Induction Lamp" on the last page).Some of the many photos on the Amazon web site show how to put it together. Once assembled, it's fine.

Easy to use, easy to assemble, easy to move, love using this. This bed rail system allows you to move it up or down the bed, according to the size of the patient, as well as changing sheets on the bed. I would recommend this for anyone who needs a bed system for an elderly patient.

Bought this for the bed my mom uses when she visits. Easy to install and sturdy!
