Only buy if you do not want to make alterations!
Actually needed approx 23 meter cable run, so wanted to shorten the cable to fit. Bought crimper tool and plugs.Could not make it work, even bought a tester. Wasted half a dozen plugs and a great deal of time trying.Assumed I was doing something wrong.Eventually got a powerful magnifying glass and scrutinised the wiring in the original plug. It very quickly became clear that the blue and green inner cores were crossed over. I guess this is some kind of marketing ploy so that to extend the lead you will have to buy one of theirs. Now knowing the problem I tried to fit a plug with the blue and green crossed over, but the inner cables are so flimsy I found it impossible to hold them in place while inserting into plug.Have now put the entire cable into the bin and bought another one, which is wired correctly and does exactly what I wanted it to. £13 wasted, plus half a dozen plugs and hours of my time.

Doubt this is cat 6
Doubt this is cat 6...I tried to trim down and found that the wire inside was easily under half the size of a ca5e wire. The wire is so thin and flimsy it was impossible to fit a standard rj45 connector on it.

Disappointing
Bought this 10m cable to lay under carpets. When it arrived, I tested with a simple tester and found the cable ok. Before I laid the cable under carpets, I connected the cable to my router and the PC some 8 m away. The speed was excellent. I then spent a few hours laying the cable under the carpet and connected the devices again. The speed was brilliant and I assumed all was perfect. However, 2 days later, I checked the speed again and found the cable was only performing at 100Mbps. I tried my old cat 5e 10 m cable and was back to 1000Mbps. Regrettably, I cannot send this back as it is under the carpet. Very disappointed and would avoid in future.

Very thin copper strands.
Seems a good cable but I never actually got to use it. I had to pass the cable through a ceiling and a wall so cut the end off to pass the cable through small holes. When I came to put a new connector on the end I couldn't. The copper strands are so thin I could barley see them making it impossible to put a connector on the end. Attached is a pic of the cable next to a regular cat5 cable.

A standard cable complete with cable clips
What you get:-Small single use plastic bag with the cable neatly coiled and secured with 2 cable ties, another bag inside containing white cable clips, a short velcro cable tie and a thank you note/paperwork.The cable is double coiled so the entire roll has to be uncoiled for use. You can then recoil one end and secure with velcro tie for a neat installation. The RJ45 plugs at each end have a protective plastic caps that need to be removed prior to use.The cable is flat and can be neatly tucked away beneath carpeting, rugs, etc.Overall the neat coil, clips, tie and protective caps make this feel like a bit more consideration was taken rather than just a cable thrown in a bag.Worked perfectly with no apparent damage to the exterior sheath or interior metal cores.

Spot On
I clearly need to listen far more closely to the other half as apparently he says he wanted 20mtr and I am convinced he wanted 30mtr. Whichever I was concerned when this first arrived as I hadn't realised it was a flat style cable when I ordere dit so I then had a crisis of confidence when it came to installing it. So much so we did a fast and dirty test run from the router to the PC and nope, it works perfectly with no noticeable lag.It comes with a pack of cable clips as well which made it a breeze to secure the cable around the perimeter of the room to get to the husband's PC. I half expected that we would have had issues but because of the length it means we have been able to take a circuitous route to avoid the cable running along the floor and this reduces the likelihood of damaging it.Only wish I had more ethernet ports at the back of my router then I could buy more of these and wire upstairs in rather than using wifi which can be finnickety.

High speed low latency.
Superb cable, high bandwidth and low latency, definitely worth getting if you're having problems downloading/streaming/gamimg in a room away from the wireless router, I considered several options, range extenders are ok but you need more expensive high end ones if you want low latency, the only issue is that you have to route the cable around the house, it helps being flat, it's very unobtrusive. The manufacturers could have put it on a reel but be patient it does unravel.

Easy to run to PC and reaches great speeds upload and download
Great piece of kit - easily ran the ethernet cable from router downstairs to the PC upstairs in my office and now have great speeds for both download and upload - a lot faster than my connection via plug in powerline extender as our house has 2 separate electrical circuits.Only been running it for 2 days, so camnnot comment on durability, but great value for money and does what I wanted it to do. Hope it keeps on doing so for a long time.
