Product is great but packaging is poor
This product is great and ages fresh meat beautifully.Its style is good and would earn its place in a customer facing area.Just a couple of minor points, the temp/humidity values cannot be seen when the door is closed and the lock would be much easier to use if it was at the top of the cabinet.Packaging is poor. The item ships from Germany and the pallet is too flimsy. My first unit arrived with a damaged pallet, and on unpacking, the glass door had shattered. The unit was replaced without any problems. The replacement had minor damage of the pallet, but the unit itself was fine.
