I got a bad one
I had this gas cap on my truck for a whopping 6 months before it failed. Started with the smell of fuel and then my truck started giving me service soon code Evap Leak on ODB reading. Paid $185 for a smoke test to find out it was this faulty cap. Just go to Autozone

2003 F350- Does not fit
Looks like a high quality unit so giving it 4 stars but wanted to save somebody else the trouble…. This is not the threaded screw on type these trucks use…. It’s the fits in straight and quarter turn to click type

Works! Snug it!
Works well on my 2002 F150. Much better fit and the cap rubber stop fits right in and allows my cap to hang down. Excellent buy.
