Made changing out two light fixtures a breeze.
Made changing out two overhead fixtures a breeze. Aftering ensuring the circuit I was working on was off, the whole process took less than 10 minutes. There's a convenient strip gauge printed on each unit and the clear housing makes it really easy to ensure the wire is fully seated at the end connector and there's no bare wire outside of the connector before activating the lever. Following a quick tug test to ensure the cables are being held appropriately, I'd recommend running some electrical tape around the wago casing to ensure the levers don't snag on anything while being maneuvered back into the box. Probably took me longer to find matching bulbs than the whole process and I've now got plenty of additional connector when anything needs to be updated in the future. All and all happy with the purchase.

Game-Changer for Wiring – Secure, Easy, and Reliable!
I first discovered the WAGO 221 Lever Nuts when one came included with my eufy E340 camera, and I was immediately impressed. After using it, I knew I had to get more—and the 12-piece compact set has been a fantastic addition to my toolbox. These connectors are incredibly easy to use. Just lift the lever, insert the wire, and close it—done! No more struggling with the old-school twist-and-cap method, which can sometimes come loose or create unreliable connections. With WAGO, the hold is solid every time. They save time, reduce frustration, and provide peace of mind knowing the connection is clean, secure, and easy to inspect or modify later. Whether you're doing smart home installs or general electrical work, these are a must-have.Highly recommended for both DIYers and pros alike. Once you try these, you won’t want to go back!

Should Have Used These Years Ago!!
Recently installed four new ceiling fans in my house. These connectors made the process substantially easier and faster than using the traditional wire connectors. Simply lift the safety clip, insert the wire(s) in the slot(s), lower the clip to secure that wire(s) and you are done. Can't get any easier! It also makes the job look way cleaner and professional. My only regret is that I did not use these years ago! This kit comes with a good assortment of connectors to accommodate one, two, three and even more wires into the same conector. What's the big deal? - you may ask.Well, you never know when you will need to attach two or more wires to the same connector, so it is better to buy the variety pack kit. For example, one of the ceiling fans came with two ground wires, plus the ground wire from the house, that's three wires total. Fortunately, the kit came with a three wire wago connector. It made the process waaaaaaay easier than trying to thread and squeeze those three ground wires securely into a traditional connector.Very happy with this product. Will never wire anything ever again using traditional connectors!

I will never go back to wire nuts, these are completely superior.
I am so glad I find these. I will never go back to wire nuts. The rest of the world have wagos as standard, it's time the US catches up with the big boys instead of dinking around on the playground during recess. These are superior to wire nuts in every way. If you're so concerned about them unlikely opening up while in the box, take 2 seconds and tape them before closing the box or whatever it's in.

Fast, Secure, and Hassle-Free Wire Connections
The WAGO 221 Lever Nuts (28pc Assortment) is a game-changer for electrical wiring projects, making splicing wires faster, safer, and more convenient than traditional wire nuts. I’ve used these for home electrical work, DIY projects, and automotive wiring, and they make the job so much easier. Each connector has a simple lever mechanism, allowing you to easily insert and secure wires without twisting or taping. The clear housing lets you see the wire connection, ensuring a proper fit, and they work with solid, stranded, or flexible wires (AWG 12-24).The assortment includes multiple sizes, covering single-wire, two-wire, three-wire, and five-wire connections, all neatly stored in a compact case. One thing to note: These take up slightly more space in electrical boxes than traditional wire nuts, so plan accordingly. And here’s a quick joke: Why did the electrician love WAGO connectors? Because they always made the right connections!Overall, the WAGO 221 Lever Nuts are a must-have for electricians, DIYers, and homeowners. They’re quick, reliable, and reusable, making them a superior alternative to traditional wire nuts.

Easy to Use, Secure Wiring
I've had minimal use with this WAGO 221 product. I feel more confident using this over a wire nut, especially when connecting more than 2 wires. I was a little hesitant on opening the WAGO lever 90 degrees to insert the spliced wire, like it might break, but this is was what needed. While I have bigger plans for this product, I initially used it for extending a traveler wire in a 3-way switch setup, across the room to test continuity/resistance of that behind-the-wall wire. I didn't want to twist the traveler wires into a wire nut for such a temporary test. It was very clear whether the inserted wire was secure, or if it was loose and needed a retry. I reused one WAGO connector several times, so it didn't seem to be a one-and-done connector. My further plan is to replace an outlet that's also acting as junction box (original 1980's builder). Having one line and two outbound load wires connected to the outlet, and wanting to junction the wires within the box separately from the outlet, I'm looking at 4 black wires, 4 white/neutral if I want to introduce a pigtail. I feel better about WAGO clipping as compared to a single wire nut sized for 4 wires. One can pull on the wire inserted into the WAGO similar to tugging on a wire connected to a screw terminal or backstab, and this is something I'd not do with a single wire that's been twisted into a wire nut.
