This is one of a few holy grail products I use. I take it daily before bed. It helps me with just unwinding, relaxing, distressing. Just helps all over muscle tension for me. Flavor was good. I mix it in with other things for a non alcoholic night cap.

I love this stuff. Had problems my whole life sleeping through the night. Little did I know it was from magnesium deficiency. Huge improvement in sleep now. It really helps.

1) Tastes so good; nice tart lemon lime flavor and not too sweet. Also no aftertaste of alternative sweetener2) Dissolves completely so you don’t get grainy bits at the bottom of your glass3) Awesome as a warm tea right before bed4) I only use one scoop and it works great. I don’t need more than that and you might not either. This will make it last longer.

After struggling with magnesium glycinate gummies that were all very sour, and fishy tasting powders, I found this. A variety of fruit flavors. Mixes great with water or juice. It does contain Stevia which I usually avoid, but this is my last option. Good price here.

For me, this product is too sweet so perhaps follow other advise and mix with sparkling water.

I have found that it works great. It dissolves helps great. it tastes great - nice cherry flavo. Most of all, it helps for sleeping improvement noticeable.
