Keypad Smart Lock - Fingerprint Deadbolt with Remote App Control and Keyless Entry for Front Door Security

I was very hesitant buying a lock like this online because reviews seemed to be mixed. Although, I ordered it anyways and this lock is great! I was able to set it up in under 20 min, the FOB Keys work great and were simple to set up using the app. The app itself is great, no additional purchases required and I can make different passcodes for everyone who is needing access to the house, whether they are permanent or just one time use. The fingerprint reader seems to also work great with no issues so far!

Very good quality, locking plate can be little thicker so I used the old plate from older lock but after downloading the app setup was very easy. Fingerprint sensor is on top and works like a charm.

I found this really easy to install. The setup for unlocking though is a different story and was very frustrating. Initially the login authentication was not coming thru on either text or email so thought I was missing something but then it did so got through that. Also, I cannot get the keycard/fobs to work and could not set up fingerprint access. Could be my fingerprint but as mentioned the keycard/fob would not work either. I was able to set the codes and the phone access works great although the voice is a bit irritating. I know this can be disabled but just saying. Overall love the setup and makes me feel a bit better as for security as we've had a lot of break-ins in our town lately.

I love the features of this lock. I was going to go with a security service, which was going to cost me $200 for installation and $51 a month and it didn't even do all the things this lock does. And everything is programmable from who gets a code and/or for how long, how many seconds you want the lock to lock after you close the door and the fingerprint is the best! Even the little "door is locked/unlocked" sound is kinda cute. Very happy with this purchase! Installation took about 20 mins.

Easy to install as a replacement lock on the front door. Great features in the app to assist with access and security. One small design flaw (I have purchased two) is the placement of two screws behind the batteries which makes it tricky to access the device’s cords. Besides that, I’m happy overall.

The media could not be loaded.  This smart lock is very easy to install. You just need to remove the first lock counting from the top from the door instead of removing the doorknob. Three easy steps and you can change the smart lock on it. Then I think it fits most door sizes. I didn't measure the size of my door when I purchased it, yet this smart lock still fit perfectly. It takes four AA model batteries. Then you need to download the software that goes with the lock. You can set it to automatically lock in 15 or 30 seconds. It also has a very sensitive combination touchpad. It also comes with two pads that the user can unlock via the pads as well. I like its design, simple black color with blue led light band around it when unlocking. I highly recommend it.

I installed this in half an hour. I was a little afraid it wouldn’t fit in the existing hole and I’d have to call a handyman (you never know,) but it did. Love the app - it’s intuitive and easy to use - and programming was easy. I’m blown away by the features. Keypad, fingerprint, smart card, and app entry. with all the things like temporary passcodes that you’d expect. Oh, and a key, by the way ;)20 years ago I had a fingerprint deadbolt that probably cost $250 and was finicky and never worked right. This was before “There’s an app for that,” so programming it was a chore. This one is easy with far more features, for far less. Touch your finger to the pad and it opens right up. Gotta love the 21st century.When adding a fingerprint you have to put your finger on the pad 4 times for it to get a good print. I thought it was like the iPhone and wanted slightly different areas every time, but it didn’t like that. You just have to press the finger the same way every time.One thing I didn’t like was that when I scanned the QR code to get the app it took me to a page that looked like the App Store but was all in Chinese. I was wary of downloading something that I couldn’t verify, but there was a button that said “App Store” and that took me to the right place. So that’s one step that could be improved.

I really liked the many features of this item, so I purchased. It comes with a key, a FOB, numeric codes and a fingerprint option. It was very easy to install, and the app offers some cool functions. However, the fingerprint feature and the locking feature of holding the check-mark for 3 seconds almost never work on the first try. I'm also noticing that I get a low battery announcement after 7-10 days of putting in fresh batteries. I have an old-school Schlage keypad lock that is "no-tech" - no apps, no electronics, and it works perfectly 100% of the time. It's not "sexy", but it works great. These issues are not a huge problem for me, but when in a hurry, it can be a bit annoying.
