The Samsung Galaxy SmartTag2 is absolutely brilliant. It’s compact, lightweight, and highly reliable. I’ve attached it to my keys, and it gives me real peace of mind knowing I can easily track them if misplaced. The setup was seamless with the SmartThings app, and the range is impressive. It works perfectly with my Samsung phone, and the sound alert is loud enough to hear even when the tag is buried in a bag or under a cushion. The design has also been improved, is durable, and is water-resistant, which makes it great for everyday use. Battery life is excellent so far, and it’s reassuring to know it will last a long time before needing a replacement. Overall, this is a fantastic little device that does exactly what it promises. It is highly recommended to keep track of your belongings without fuss.

Bought these to attach to car keys and the Car itself! Good deal and does the job. From findning the keys within the house using the Ring function to also knowing where the car is parked!

Highly recommend these overall. They’re really useful for tracking important items, easy to set up, and having a 4-pack gives you plenty of options. I’ve found them very handy to have and, for me, they’ve still been better than AirTags. The only slight downside is that updates can sometimes be a bit less reliable or slower than I’d like, which can be a little disappointing. I think that can make a difference depending on what devices are around. Even so, they’ve still worked well enough for what I need, so I’m happy to give them 5 stars.

I find these are robust and work well. However they're intended to work only on Samsung platforms. if you have other Android hardware, the easiest way to use (for me) is to log them onto a Samsung account with another Samsung unit then log on to the same account with other devices using the 3rd party software "Utag"

I am changing this review to 5 stars as I started getting location data from other Galaxy phones when my cats are out of the Bluetooth range. I bought a pack of 4 of these tags and put 2 onto my 2 cats. Now they both seem to be working fine. Good value, excellent price. No need to charge the battery every other day like in gps tracking devices. Obviously less reliable (relies on other samsung galaxy devices to update location on map) but because of the very cheap price and long lasting battery, and small size I will give 5 stars ***** The tag works in 2 different ways 1. Within bloototh range you can ring the tag from your mobile phone so you can find it easily. The Bluetooth range was c. 13 metres for me, not 120 metres though. 2. If out of range, other passing Galaxy devices will update the location for you on the map. It doesn't happen every minute, but you can get quite a few updates several times a day (or maybe within an hour) so you can find your missing cat. You need to download SmartThings app onto your Gaalxy phone and you can control the Tag from there and see the last location on map. There is also a location history. I bought 2 silicone cases for less than £3 from amazon which go on the collar of the cat. That's great, as the Tag shouldn't be hanging off. It also looks better with the case and more comfy for the cat.

As its a new product for me I am currently playing around to identify its accuracy. So far it's easy to setup and easy to locate these devices on the map. The sound of the device could be louder as its typically going to be covered up, such as in a bag or in a box so this is quite important. The tracking history is quite good but I'm not sure it tracks as regular as I'd like it to. Having said that I put one in the car and that worked well. Tracked right up to my home address, only time will tell whether this product is worth it or not though.

ottimo il prezzo per 4 pezzi, quando in negozio per uno solo mi chiedevano 29 euro. lo smart tag ha riconosciuto il mio telefono Samsung appena ho tolto la linguetta che mette in funzione la batteria; poi ho seguito poche semplicissime istruzioni per configurarlo e se l'ho fatto io, vi garantisco che chiunque potrebbe farlo senza la minima difficoltà. la batteria risulta essere carica al 100% su tutti e 4 i dispositivi che io, personalmente ho "collegato" alle chiavi di casa, delle auto e dello scooter (in pratica tutte quelle cose che solitamente perdo in casa). fanno il loro dovere e, vista la mole di apparati Samsung in circolazione, posso vedere sempre dove si trovano gli oggetti a cui li ho applicati. Attenzione: non sono dei veri e propri GPS, ma sono apparati che, se lontani da voi per farvi vedere dove si trovano devono collegarsi ad un telefono Samsung per inviare un segnale (ad esempio, se perdo lo Smart Tag in un bosco, non mi manda il segnale della posizione.. almeno finché qualcuno con un telefono Samsung non gli passa vicino per dargli la possibilità ci collegarsi ed inviare un segnale aggiornato all'applicazione; però mi dà l'ultima posizione rilevata prima di perdere il contatto con il mio telefono Samsung; oppure se lo collego al guinzaglio del cane, posso sapere dove si trova solo quando il cane sarà vicino ad una persona con un telefono Samsung). spero la mi recensione possa essere utile a chi è intenzionato all'acquisto che, in conclusione, consiglio sia per il prezzo che per le funzionalità.
