Robert Bruce is a master when it comes to astral projection. I found his book very interesting and informative to read.

A bit too complicated in places and I'm not sure if I dare attempt astral projection either!!BUT... there was plenty of information on the astral planes and particularly what happens to the astral body/consciousness after death (basically as many other's say you sort of carry on as you were - you don't suddenly become all enlightened!) I really enjoyed the information that animals frequently astral project during their lives, as we do, mainly during sleep but they are also present after deathIs it all real?? Well, who knows?! The brain maybe is just playing an elaborate trick but there is some evidence to suggest an objective reality and that we are more than just our physical body and the brains we possess. I believe the author is sincere and credulous in this case and his work is supported by other similar explorers such as Jurgen Ziewe & William Buhlman.I would recommend their books especially and also suggest the genuinely open minded try Victor Zammit's excellent website; he's a little eccentric but the site is highly evidential when it comes to the survival of consciousness after death

To be quite honest this book was a huge let down. It seems the writer is either trying to deliberately mislead or has little understanding of what he is doing and teaching.Hardly any real world practical advice about how to astral travel that cant be found free online and a drawn out overly explorative section on energy exercises that will weaken your energy if you try them consistently and provide little benefit to actually leaving the body.In Robert monroes first book journeys out of the body he gives a more accurate and easier way to get out of the body in a few pages than this book does in its entirety.Id avoid it and recommend Monroes books instead and I genuinely see no merit in the high reviews for this book.He positions himself as an authority in the metaphysical yet has basic understanding of it. For example he talks of a premonition of him and his wife splitting up in a dream. And dilineates how it comes to pass years later. However if he understands the manifestation process he would realise that his constant focus on this reality was what made it come to pass. It was by no means a premonition necessarily, potentially a warning or a subconscious fear. For someone who claims to teach manifestation he seemed to be oblivious to how it functions in reality.Could not recommend this book.

Oh wow, awesome book.

I have read dozens of books on the subject, and some were very good but they all were "parcels", seen through the biases of their authors, and often incomplete. Astral Dynamics is the whole thing about OBE and Lucid Dreaming, non-physical locations and spirituality, and how it all fits together.More importantly I found here techniques never found anywhere else to achieve LD and OBE. This book is written by a master, humble and so knowledgeable, it is as simple as that. I also followed Robert's online seminar and recommand it as well. Final note: you can read it to find the best techniques on the subject, or you can read it through a spirituality stance to know more about who we are and what is around us, it doesn't matter really. 5 stars.

I love this book, its bigger than i thought it would be in size, but is very detailed and comprehensive.I look forward to reading this book, arrived on time in and in excellant condition,
