Great Sauce but seller has issues
Fantastic quality sauce as is or make it your own. Note that seller Ultimate-Foods.Store sent the wrong, NOT fully prepared version of Full-Red sauce, which is also great but is an entirely different product. I give the seller 1 star and the product 5 stars.

Perfect for a pizza beginner
This stuff is great. While learning to make my own dough, I wanted a sauce that was all-around tasty with straightforward ingredients. It is good enough to let me focus on the dough and not worry about the sauce (yet) as I learn the ways of the pizzaiolo. This is a yummy all-rounder and crowd-pleaser. The brand speaks for itself and the price breaks down to ~$3 per 15oz can. Just portion and freeze after opening.

Immediate improvement over store brands
Bought this after seeing a can of it at my local pizza shop. Made an immediate difference tot he quality of my pizza over the Ragu from the store I usually used. But this is portioned for restaurant usage; there is a lot of sauce ina can. make sure you have the containers to portion it and the freezer space to freeze it.

Not what I was expecting.
First this sauce seems to be a quality sauce. The look and feel of it (no seeds either) and the taste of the tomatoes is great. I bought this expecting a sauce that I could put on pizza that required no doctoring that would hopefully be similar to "pizza place" sauce. Well this sauce tastes nothing like what I have had on any pizza in the Chicago area in my lifetime. It is pretty bland IMO. Salt levels are fine and could use a little more sweetness to it. I still would rate this as good because it clearly is good quality, just does not meet my needs flavor wise with what I have lived around my entire life. It is easy enough to add some more flavor to and sugar. And I understand tastes are subjective. This might be a 5 on the east coast comparatively (Don Pepino is low flavor to me also and that is East Coast). Definitely good quality though IMO! If I was grading on taste ONLY compared to pizza places in Chicagoland area and even into Michigan this would be a 2 out of 5.

Best pizza sauce. Period
Best pizza sauce I ever used. A bought one of those funnel shaped commercial pancake dispensers, so is easier to put the sauce into plastic bags to freeze. Tried using a big spoon, a measuring cup, but they all make a big mess.I got some bags that are the right size for a couple pizzas, fill them squeeze out the air and lay them flat in the freezer.

Great but huge can
Tastes great. But huge can so I freeze it in ziplock bags. Spreads easy. I quit making my own after I bought this. I make Neapolitan pizzas and NY in my Gozney Domd.

The Real Deal!
Looking to up my homemade pizza game, I searched online for 'real NY pizza sauce' and uncovered this mammoth can on Amazon...where else? Although being a bit skeptical, the price was decent for the quantity, along with free Prime shipping, so I gave it a try. While a bit dented on top, the can arrived in decent enough shape, and I simply flipped it over for the can opener to work its magic. Immediately I was then greeted by that authentic aroma. Tasting a bit on a spoon brought back memories. And the texture was definitely unlike any of those so-called 'pizza sauces' that one buys in the supermarket. In fact, while some reviewers recommended adding other spices, that wasn't even necessary. But that's all fine and good...how did it actually do in terms of making pizza? Glad you asked, lol! Spreading it onto the dough I could immediately tell the difference as the consistency was just perfect. And coming out of the oven 8 min. later it's the closest I've came yet to creating real NY-style pizza in a humble home oven. Pro tip: add some jarred roasted red pepper to really bring out the flavor. Now I'm feeling inspired to add some low-moisture/whole milk cheese next time. Oh, and despite the large can, putting into a dozen plastic bags, it freezes flat and doesn't take up quite as much space as originally expected. Magnifico!
