Made a lot of difference to get the length right (standing in the middle of the cord with to feet, want the handles to touch your armpits). Good quality and gets the job done.

I Love this product because it is not flimsy when using it and is adjustable just like the product says!! Ive had flimsy jump ropes in the past and it sucks to be tripping over the rope.

Any time it hit my foot if I didn’t jump high enough it would rip the cable out of the handles. Don’t buy it unless you feel like buying a new one constantly.

These turn really well. When you jump with them, the rope moves seamlessly when you jump over it. Adjusting it was super easy.
