Best mother's Day gift EVER. My massage therapist recommended this and I asked my husband to get it for me but honestly it's for both of us. We've been using it every night before bed and it's helping us both sleep better. We both sit a lot for work and the lumbar function alone is fantastic but the hip and neck features are a solid bonus, especially when I can't get in for a massage soon enough. I am really impressed with how you can use this both on the bed and on the floor for a great feel. The heat feature also is wonderful. 10/10 recommend!

The unit is well-made and intuitive. It comes in a carrying case, which is easy to open. You unroll the pack, preferably on the floor, but it also works on the couch and the bed. We prefer the hard surface floor but have also used it on the sofa with good results. The power cord could be longer to reach a wall outlet. However, we used a six-foot extension cord to reach the nearest wall outlet. The unit has red lines to show where your neck and waste should be when you lie on the unit. The unit is perfect if you are 5' 8' or less. It will work if you are 6 feet or more, but your feet will hang over the end of the unit. The important thing is to align your neck with the redline on the unit. The auto feature is the best. It will go through all of the motions of your entire body. This takes about 20 minutes, then it will stop. You can reset it or press the button for an individual function, like the back roller. This unit also has three heat intensities. The high heat is hot and could be too hot for some. I prefer the medium heat. Set-up takes about a minute. Putting it away takes about two minutes. We leave it out since we use it every day. It is relaxing but deep, massaging the entire back and neck muscle knots. The calf/thigh air compression is not too tight. It feels nice. The neck area tilts your head from left to right and back again, stretching your neck muscles. This is the best unit we have for an automatic body massage. For all the motions that it does, you would think it cost several hundred dollars or more. We love this unit and use it every day after work. It is perfect if you have lower or upper back pain, including neck tension.

I love this massage mat. It is not like other massage mats that I've used. It has 4 different settings. I love that you can put it on auto or you can pinpoint what it will work on. I am a Massage Therapist and I use it as a massage aid for myself and my clients. It has a strong heat which will also aid with helping me and my clients/ customers muscles relax. Awesome product.

I never write product reviews but this is worth every penny. WOW I have a lot of back and neck issues and see a chiropractor twice a week this hits all as same spots that my dr adjusts. my only issue is I dont want to stop once I start. Buying another one for my mother in law she loved it as much as I did

I cannot wait to try the new toy. It came on time, within a vacuum bag, in perfect condition. It seems made of good and durable material. The controller is easy to operate and straightforward to follow. The manual is easy to read.Vibration is adjustable and powerful.After 20 minutes' try, I felt very relaxed with my back and neck. The heating works well, too.I sent a request to extend the warranty to 3 years and got a prompt reply.Will continue to test and try and very satisfied with the purchase by now.

I was skeptical at first, as this was a gift for my wife who loves a good massage, especially for her back and neck. The first try out of the box and my wife was thoroughly impressed, relaxed, and the massage made a nice difference. The heat is a great feature that warms up quickly in just the right spots. The remote is easy to use, the unit folds up nice and easy, and it is made of some really heavy duty vinyl that appears to be excellent quality. The motions of this unit are impressive, as it gives a nice full body massage every use and is a relatively quiet. I highly recommend the product and the seller, especially at that price.

Who doesn't want a nice gentle massage at home or the ability to have one we can take with us, wherever that is? I found the solution, all by accident. I was so fed up one day, this little photo pops up of a happy person who just fixed their achy areas, with a more expensive mat, one that costs over $400. The technology is similar to the one used in the WII by PlayStation and I did have a barrel of fun playing WII tennis or using the coach programs, so I knew this "could" be great, why not take a chance. My problem areas are simple (nice way of saying too complicated to list!) and thanks to this miraculous little mat, if I dedicate a little time a day to doing the routines, has improved my range of motion by decreasing achy stiffness, sounds simple? It is and I should know, I presently own enough different products I have bought over the years, to open my own store, and a laughable assortment at that! Daily, I tend to have a tight lower lumber and hips or the occasional stiff neck which just needed the gentle short routines provided by this smart mat, The design is just genius, yes it is, there are more expensive mats and I do think I am hooked on this technology, when the little air bags deflate over and over again moving me back and forth, side to side, as if it knows exactly where my issues are then has a surprise pulsing routine, I just love it! There are enough programs to either just do my a.m. favorite called "flow" or one of the other three at different intensities or all of them if need be to some nice tunes and some "ME" time. AND guess what? Rolls up with a velcro closure to a nice ez to take along design, so now there is no excuse to staying on your program to moving well daily...nice!
