Perfect!
My jar came seemingly half filled like others have mentioned, but because I'm not an idiot I dumped the contents out and measured it with my food scale. The jar claims to hold 4oz of product, and my jar contained 4.1, not accounting for what I wasn't able to get out of the jar when I emptied it. So there was actually more than what they said there would be, despite the size of the jar. Not deceitful at all, considering the label clearly states how much will be in there. As for the powder itself, it was exactly what I was looking for - a source of aquafaba without a pile of extra chickpeas lying around my house! I used it to make a whipped matcha foam and I couldn't taste any "beaniness" - it works just like fresh aquafaba and a little goes a very long way!

Great product, can’t wait to try their other options!
I love this aquafaba powder. It does work well for royal icing but it’s hard to figure out exactly how much to use. Vor also has a meringue powder which I’ll be trying next time. Most vegan recipes call for either liquid aquafaba from the can or meringue powder. Once you figure out the ratio it’s an awesome product. It does say on the label what amount you’ll need to make aquafaba juice or for egg replacement. For use on other recipes it’s great, I’m going to try making vegan macarons (I’ve failed 4 times using chickpea juice) and see if it’s any easier with the Vor powder! It’s a little pricey but it’s way better than draining cans of chickpea juice and having to make chickpea chicken salad with the leftovers!

easy to use
Have not really had the time to use it, experience it like I would like to so far.

Life changing for vegan bakers!
Was so happy to see this was available again! Had purchased some for my daughter who is vegan, she loved the way muffins came out! SO much more convenient than freezing brine form cans of beans, or having leftover chickpeas when you use the liquid! Grabbed a jar from my son when I saw it was back in stock!

Aquafaba is pretty good
I was really surprised at how good it tastes and it worked well in my pie recipe.

Amazing product!
This thing is amazing. No more cans of chickpeas and eating hummus every time I want to make sugar cookies with royal icing. A bit pricey but no waste and I can prepare as much as I need and I can control how concentrated I need it too. Next recipe will be macarons and will update.

Don’t buy from this company!
Wow literally just got this product. Super disappointed, the jar isn’t even big as advertised. the amount inside isn’t even filled! Clearly unopened and you can see the container is half way filled.

Not as good as "from the can" aquafaba
I've been using aquafaba from regular canned chickpeas for a couple of years now and have had successful meringues every time. I was excited to try this product in hopes that I wouldn't have to figure out what to do with the beans. I have tried two different recipes that I have done before with this, and the meringue wasn't the same. The first time, the peaks were starting to form and then it fell. I threw this out and tried it again, and it had better peaks. When I was browning it in the oven, it then melted. Compared to other meringues I've made with aquafaba, I'd say that this is much more delicate and likely less stable. I even tried boiling it down to make it thicker to see if that helped. It didn't. I have a pretty mediocre pie now. I wouldn't recommend this. I'm giving it 2 stars because maybe it would be fine as an egg replacer with something less delicate.
