Package was delivered ahead of scheduled time, in great shape well taken care of. Previously had the Bissell Autocare Prosteam quite a number of years that worked great until solution and water started leaking out the bottom. Tore it apart and found that the armature was frozen and had quite a bit of hardened residue all over the armature. Mad at first until I read the Owners Manual, 'Store inside'. Never, never let the unit dry to room temp after use before storing in my garage. Bottom line 'Read the Manual'. This model has improved pump and suction power, and better assembly directions. Size is a little smaller than the Prosteam. Terrific value for money.

Bought this on a huge sale. This little bad boy or girl tackles all messes. We have white colored furniture and it removes all stains from gasoline, to candy to food, to kids paint. It also got a bad dog urine stain. From a footlocker.It has turned my spouse into a cleaning demon. Really nice for spot treating or places a carpet shampooer can't get to. The product is intuitive, build quality is exceptional. Once you use or hold it you know why you spent the money. No regrets, other then now I have to buy my spouse a lot more cleaning solution.

I am super impressed how fast and easy this worked on a dried poo stain. I let cleaner sit on tit for a 10 mins before I steamed and washed. Impressive how much water is sucked out. The carpet was not overly wet and dried quickly

The Bissell Hydro Steam Vacuum works… but don’t believe the internet hype. After reading rave reviews, I expected industrial-level suction power, but reality hit hard: it’s just okay. For light everyday messes (crumbs, dust), it does the job. However, stubborn stains or embedded dirt require multiple passes or harsh cleaning agents to compensate for the weak suction—definitely not the “effortless deep clean” advertised. On the plus side, it’s practical: the steam function is handy for sanitizing floors, and the design is lightweight. Durability? Feels like a mid-tier Black & Decker—it’ll last if you baby it, but parts like the brush roll or hose connectors feel flimsy under heavy use. For the price, it’s a 6/10. If you need serious cleaning power, look elsewhere.

Great portable shampooer got it because of the steam feature and it works extremely well. It was a good value for the price and it's awesome to clean living room, couches, sofas, chairs, love seats, etc..

Our last spot cleaner broke and this is a great replacement and upgrade! Bissel recognized some design flaws in the little green one and fixed it. Super glad that it heats the water and also lets you clean the suction head much easier than before.It’s reasonably light weight and convenient to carry around.The fact that it comes with attachment options is also very useful

Thats something fantastic! Especially the steam mode is one of its kind! Cleared all the spots on my carpet! Very light and easy to use. My friends borrowed it and they loved it too!

For the steam only mode you must move extremely slow, barely at all. Steam and water you must move fast. Needs tinkering.The steam is not very hot, and does not have much force output.Even leaving the machine to warm up with a new fresh water tank the steam is not near the heat of my garment steamer.Which I had to use to penetrate a kitchen mat a cat had a UTI moment on the pad corner edge, they're trained to know it's okay to go outside to do that when they need (I will then open the door for them).I repeat. I used the little green hydrosteam and thoroughly steamed and sprayed the top and bottom of kitchen cushioned standing pad on the top and bottom of corner. With no chemical added as there was none in the used box.I could still smell the urine after it had dried. The garment steamer is 1800Watts and I was able to not have to touch the pad to penetrate with enough steam to disinfect the bacteria causing the odor.But there are other older spots that I had attempted to clean as well, finally acquiring a machine like this. Same problem, I guess. Not enough steam penetration power to completely knock out the smell. The only chems the local store seemed to have was for the large Bissell units, perhaps they were out.So I did not purchase those.Cleaned the automobile upholstery fairly well. I had to keep cleaning it, as there was steady dirt visible being extracted in the clear 5" attachment provided. There is no 3" attachment with the package. How nice if the steam was able to push through with some vigor, to only need to do this once or twice and done.I was only able to do these 3 spot cleans and an auto seat and noticed the hose attached portion of the handle feeling loose. I set it back in, and tried to finish the job. There appears to be a crack in the plastic at juncture, under palm, and complete disassembly of product. With one wire then exposed and a tube running alongside it for fluid.I wanted to love this product. Then noticed some of the troubled areas. Please improve this handle at hose attachment. As instructions are to apply firm pressure to extract the fluid, with the vacuum dry pass.This problem and the steam force of output seems the biggest need for improvement. For this Bissell Little Green HydroSteam machine. There are not many steam products for us as consumers, steam being the truest of cleans. Improve these and it will be good for your business. ;)Noise is meh, tolerable. Makes a different noise when the steam and water mode is on, don't forget to turn steam mode off when vacuuming and out of water. I don't know if it auto disables upon detecting of empty tank. Which could over heat the unit.I also did not receive cleaner solution in the package, perhaps because I purchased it used. Nor did I receive a 3" attachment, when going to the Bissell site for warranty claim (You have to call, there is no digital form -.- ; How nice if Amazon helped with warranty), it is stated that there was to be a 3" attachment, 2" attachment, and a small area brush attachment with this model number 3618, but it also lists 3 other models on the paper). Though the product looked unused when I had opened. $10 bottle of cleaner apparently. Which the local store must not have had in stock. Portability, I could easily set this unit on an automobile seat or in the floor board and get to cleaning. Hose is maybe 2-3 inches too short, but it wraps around the unit well with a little stretch.
