Great Action Camera! hands down! Gave away my GoPro 4 Black!! to much hassle and over heating! Now I have a DJI Action 4 and a Action 3 and absently love them! easy to use and great image and video quality! and most of all got the actin 3 for half price! and its like new!!

Always a bit apprehensive about purchasing refurbished electronics, but this camera has worked beautifully. I bought it to act as a helmet cam for my bike and it’s easy to use with great picture quality. I’m not a Moto Vlogger- I just wanted it to document any accident in which I may be involved- so I won’t need many of the features. it attaches securely with a ChinMount and responds well to voice commands (“start recording” “stop recording” “shut down”). Happy with seller and product.

This camera is the worst camera I have ever bought. It claims hours of operation, butjust after a few minutes it heats up and turns off. I was offered $50 compensation, really? $50 for a $300 camera, I don't think so.

The camera is easy to use as great accessories and allows for 4K footage at a wide angle. But the sensor issues were just to much for me to over look as dji has had issues with it. It would cause an imperfect in the video you were recording and made the shot look very bad. I don’t know if it was just a certain model that had that issue but I’m mostly likely not going to purchase a camera from them.

Everything is great, worth the price for refurbished!

The camera itself is great, but after my first week the USB-C cover popped off somehow and got lost. The camera is no longer water-proof or dust proof. It's basically obsolete in its intended purpose as an action camera without that USB cover. The USB covers are not available online or on the DJI website. Used USB-C covers on Ebay are going for over $100 and that seems to be my only option. I'm better off just buying a new go-pro at this point. I've tried emailing and getting ahold of DJI with no response. Its maddening that my $450 camera is essentially obsolete (I bought it for my outdoor YouTube channel, I film in all-weather conditions) because of a little piece of plastic that probably cost less than a dollar to make. I've been a fan of DJI's drones (I own 2) and I like the Osmo action camera but I'm very disappointed in DJI's customer service and do not plan to buy a product from them again.
