Love this mug! It seems to be very well made & durable. Withstands the microwave without the handle burning your hand. Awesome tea basket insert & cover to ensure efficient brewing. Plastic lid fits well & helps keep your drink hot! Highly recommend!

Good buy. Cup is nicely made.with two lids (one for travel and the other keeps the beverage hot. Got it for my husband and he loves it.

At first I didn't like the lid. But now I do, after figuring out a simple trick. The trick is to simply turn the lid as you're putting it on or taking it off. It only takes about 1/8 of a turn. Problem solved for me, and I have enough confidence in it. If you pull the lid straight up or push it straight down without turning, the flexible seal can either come out of its groove or may twist. When this happens, and you put the lid on, the lid wants to pop back off. That really bothered me at first. If the seal does get twisted, it's really easy to put it back in place, once you've done it a couple of times. That rarely happens to me now. Glad about this, because really like the mug itself. I'm not saying I would trust this lid for very long if the mug fell completely over when it's full. I use it in our car daily, fill it to near the top, and drink from the opening in the lid (despite the instructions not to). My coffee is not normally scalding hot by the time I'm in the car.

UPDATED: I've had this for a few days now and I'm downgrading from a 3 to a 1. This cup is WORTHLESS at keeping a drink hot. Within a few minutes the inside is lukewarm at best, yet the outside is randomly hot. Did they put the wrong material on the inside? Why would they create a mug for tea/coffee that doesn't keep it hot/warm for a decent time? A regular coffee mug works better. Can't believer there aren't more reviews complaining about this unless they tend to gulp down their tea within 5 minutes. Will be giving to Goodwill and buying something else. I like the idea of the cup, but unfortunately I've found my tea cools off quicker than I'd like. That may have been a bad assumption on my part, I was expecting this to act more like a thermos and I should have researched a bit more, the design and the lid led me to believe it was designed for that purpose. I thought it would be a step up from a regular coffee/tea cup in that sense, especially since I keep the lid on, but it seems to cool at the same rate, so not a dealbreaker, just unexpected. Weirdly, the outside of the cup stays pretty hot even after my tea has cooled down some, so you would think the liquid would be hot too. In the end, it's not a bad cup, I like having the lid as a holder for the infuser/tea bag or as a coaster and I like the sippy cup lid as weel and it's functional overall. As long as you weren't expecting it to keep your coffee/tea super hot like a thermos cup, then I would recommend it.

Great quality and just love the color! Perfect size if you drink a lot of tea like me. Contrary to other comments, I don’t mind if the lid rises or not because I never use it…when I am travelling I prefer to use tea bottle. Very statisfied of this purchase.

A mí me encantó, me parece excelente para te o café, es un poco pesada pero pues se ve buen material. Me gusta mucho el tamaño y diseño. El hecho que venga con 2 tapas y filtro es un plus. 5 estrellas porque sí me gustó mucho
