No funny flavor
This is my first foray into using yerba mate so I don't know what to expect yet. However, it does not have a funny taste, it did not give me stomach upset and definitely boosted my energy almost to the point of being a bit jumpy. However that might be because I combined it with green tea as part of a new fitness plan. But I definitely had more energy in the morning after I took it then normally I do

YMMV felt too Jittery for Daily Use
First off, let me be fair and say everyone's physiology is different, so supplement effectiveness is a personal issue. What works form me might not work for you. That said, I tried these Yerba Mate pills hoping for a pick-me-up, but they left me feeling jittery. For me, the side effects outweigh the benefits, I won’t be buying again but mainly because I can't really finish the bottle I have.

I love this Yatta because it helps with my weight loss my moon system, and it promotes digestive health, which is something I truly need. I’ve tried this for about a month now and I really like that. I've been experimenting with 6000mg Extra Strength Yerba Mate High Potency supplements to enhance my focus, thanks to its caffeine content. While I'm about halfway through the bottle, I haven't noticed a significant difference yet. However, I'm committed to finishing the bottle before drawing any conclusions. Perhaps with continued use, I'll begin to experience the benefits of improved focus and alertness.

A cup of coffee? Or a couple tablets of Yerba matte? Both work but the Yerba stays with me much longer! A great pre-workout supplement! Part of my regimen for fitness and nutrition! Definitely helped me lose weight!
