Very good for posture
I use this as a seat at my desk. It has caused me to sit correctly, plus it is just SO easy to exercise your hips and core whilst working. I am sure it can be used for many other exercises, but haven’t discovered them yet. Wouldn’t be without it!

Perfect WFH seat.
Sit on it daily. It does encourage you to slouch to focus on not slouching.

Fantastic once inflated properly
I pulled it out of the box and gave the included little hand pump a try. Holy cow. That was a workout! Both arms were tired and if you stop, the air back- flows. No thanks. I'll save that for inflating balloons.I broke out an air compressor and filled the ball until it looked taught, but not over-filled. I let it sit overnight. The next day I gave it a sit and felt entirely too low to the ground. I put a little more air in it, but was worried about how much air it could take. I have it another sit and it felt much better... so I worked a full day on it. I had to keep reminding myself to straighten up my back. It takes some getting used to. You certainly can't whirl around to see behind you, like you would in a typical office chair... so when I heard my dog outside the door, I had to twist and crane my neck. LOL. After a day on it I decided it still felt a little low for me. I'm 5'6" tall, with a 28.5" desk, so I got the Large 65cm ball as suggested. I broke down and grabbed the instructions, to make sure I didn't over-inflate it. I measured from the floor, up the wall 65cm, made a pencil mark, then took a straight edge and held it out... I definitely had more room to go to inflate it... and I did! It's at about 63cm now, because I don't like to press my luck. I'm up at a good height now, comfortably resting my forearms on the desk, the keyboard is comfortable and I can still put both feet firmly on the floor. I put the ring under the bottom because I don't want to accidentally bust my ashtabula on this thing. It's comfortable. I can work a very full 12 hr day on it. I push it up so 40% of it is under the desk, and I approach it from the side and swing my leg over it like a horse, then plop my arse down. It's sturdy, has a little bouncy bounce to it, but only when you shift your weight or adjust your legs. It retains air well, so far. Another nice thing is that you can grab ahold of the front of your desk, lift your feet up in front of you, and roll forward while arching your back, until your basically laying on your back, over the ball. It gives a great stretch. Overall, I give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Update: no issues!
I've had the ball for about two weeks now and inflated it per the manufacturer instructions. However I noticed about a week ago that the ball had significantly deflated so I repumped it up and now its back to being 75% or so. I can't find where the leak is coming from and there is not damage to the ball that I can see or feel (no sharp objects or anything have been anywhere near it). So when it works and stays inflated its great, however after only two weeks of having it I'm not thrilled that I've had to refill it up twice.10/5/21 update. The seller reached out and offered to replace the ball based on my review. I never got around to replacing it or even responding back. However I find it is leaking barely at all now - who knows why but I have only pumped it back up around four times since my original review and has been an excellent office chair replacement.11/11/22 update: Love it, using it every day instead of a computer chair. No issues whatsoever with it.

Great dual Yoga ball and Office Chair!
I love the dual purpose and versatility of this product already. I just received this yesterday and so far love it. I currently utilize it for my desk chair for my work from home situation as I have lower back pain. The black is aesthetically pleasing and matches my décor perfectly. I rated this 4 stars due to a few minor experiences. The only issue I had was blowing it up and trying to get it to the right “fluff” setting. The directions state to let it sit overnight and let it breathe and stretch. The other thing that was surprising was that the base also needs to be filled with air as well. You need to put the seal mechanism in asap after removing the pump needle. This product comes with a pump (plastic and feels cheap, but gets the job done), extension noses for the pump, seal mechanisms for keeping air in, stretch straps (haven’t tried yet), yoga and stretch pictures/recommendations, etc. It does have a plastic/fabricated smell that will hopefully air out over time. So far, it’s a great buy at such a low inexpensive price and it’s working as described!I will update any changes while utilizing this product!

The worst is the least
I’d say the worst or the hardest part to this ball is inflating it.. not because it’s hard to do, but because my legs muscles got tired (another reason to build muscles). Overall I feel the unit is great and the ring is an added feature I may learn to use. Without the ring helps build core muscles in balancing. I was after hip relief from traditional chairs which seems to be working. Sitting on the ball instead of chairs seems to lubricate the hip joint and when standing, the pain is a lot less. I’m so glad I ordered it and feel it is worth the cost!

Ditch your office chair for this!!
I have been searching for several years for a resolution to my hip and lower back pain. After several office chair purchases, ranging from $80 - $400, I thought "what if?"This is by far the best thing I could have done for myself! This is easy to inflate, great quality, and is perfect for any office set up. It fits under my desk when I am done for the day.
