i want to thank you to all other reviewers because of them we are able to buy the product and as the ball is my side i feel like i should also do the same and aware people about this product which is really cost effective and pretty much good, it is cheap because its not isolated but don't worry doesn't make much difference if you are beginner just it will take little more time to absorb that's it yes that's it. the best thing about it that you don't have to buy multivitamin seperately because it is having all the essential vitamins and minerals in it. In the last i am sharing my protein intake plan :- 1. take half scoop of it in the early morning just after you wake up as it can kickstart your muscles protein synthesis 2. preworkout : take half of the scoop with half scoop of creatine as the protein produces amino acid and reduces muscle breakdown and the creatine gives you strength hence you can perform better in the gym 3. post workout: one scoop of protein and half scoop of creatine (there is a different little scoop for creatine) it is best for muscles recovery and growth and muscle replenish the creatine store jo apko agle din ke workout me help karta hai yes two scoop of NAKPRO brand is just fine it will give you around 48 grams of protein which is like 70-80 percent of your overall daily protein intake

Mixablity is good, but I personally do not like the taste of it I ordered vanilla, I have also tried chocolate 🍫 that's really good.

I was searching for an affordable whey protein. Found some cheaper ones than this on Amazon, but they seemed a bit sketchy. Nakpro can be trusted because external labs like Trustify have conducted tests in the past and verified their protein content. I bought one of each flavour and I've only opened the malai kulfi flavour. The packaging has a scratch code that you can use to verify the authenticity on their website. Product comes with in a ziplock bag and has a scoop. I transferred it to a container for convenience (See picture). Malai kulfi tastes amazing! And the mixability is really good, much better than some premium brands. Serving size of 1 heaping scoop is 45 g which is on the high end, leading to only 22 servings/kg. Each serving is 166 kcal and contains 24 g of protein which is quite good. The sweetener used is sucralose, which is US FDA approved for use in food, so nothing to worry about. Another benefit I see is that they have added some vitamins and minerals to this product. I checked it against my multi-vitamin tablet (HealthOK) and now I only have to take half a tablet daily (instead of 1) since I get the rest from this protein. Overall, its a great product at a really good price. Highly recommend it!

Worst protein ever, too much of artificial sweeteners, vanilla tastes like medicine. The owner should taste this product by them selves and they will release what they are making

Blotting ang gas issue may be I am lactose intoleranct but good taste and mixibility and helped me to recover fast my fifteen day growth💪

Used this as my go-to protein shake for completing my protein requirement. Have been getting good results. Good gains, good value for money. The mixability is okay, not great. There is some problem with bloating with that's the issue with all proteins.

Good mixability with great taste. I reviewed this product personally and it's best. Lab tests results are clear.
