Smart Beauty’s Lilac Haze Pastel Hair Colour is a unique professional formulation developed to achieve subtle pastel semi-permanent colour on natural very light blonde or pre-lightened hair. Also includes pre-lightening Bleach-It if you have dark colour which is required before applying this colour. Also great for hair style techniques e.g. Colour Tips or Streaks. Note: For Long Hair: Two packs may be required if hair is longer than 20cm.
