This ice pack is perfect. It helped me post-op. Big enough for my side and bought a second one for my other side. Stays flexible and pliable out of the freezer and holds the cold for hours. The plush lining makes it so you don’t have to wrap in towels to protect your skin.

This item was purchased specifically for a knee injury. The size of the item was perfect to wrap almost the entire knee; I have pretty big legs, and I was able to wrap the knee entirely, so anyone with a normal knee size will have no issues fully wrapping their knee. The item froze very quickly and I was able to get 3 - 15 minutes on and off sessions with a full freeze as indicated on the instructions. The item comes with a long velcro strap and it is very easy to apply and keep in place, even if moving around. The nice thing is that the portion that touches the skin already has a felt padded surface, so you don't have to worry about protecting your skin from getting too cold. Overall great item that truly helped with my knee injury recovery. I would absolutely recommend this product.

This product was a lifesaver while recovering from abdominal surgery. Good quality, sturdy but flexible strap with very secure Velcro. The felt side is very comfortable against bare skin, then you can flip it around to the other side to extend the cooling time. Pretty good ice retention. A solid half hour to 45 minutes of relief. Strap keeps the pack secure when lying down or while walking around.

This is a good ice pack, and just what I was looking for in terms of the dual sided. It stays really cold and penetrates the area that is covered. My only problem to knock it down to 4 stars is that it's huge. I wish there was a slightly smaller version.

These are a must have. I will be using after my rotator cuff surgery but been using them for relief now. This ice pack freezes fast, stay in place, ease to use, good pain relief, durability is there also. It comes with a strap that is stretchable to use on your back or knees, fits good on shoulder & it stays cool for about 20-30 mins for me.

Excellent Ice Pack. I wished I know about this Ice Pack years ago. The price is good because the quality is good. It's large enough for me because my lower back is big so it covers the entire area where the pain is. The straps helps it keep it in place which is good if you walk around the house. It relieves my pain immediately and I avoid taking painkillers. Good work whoever designed 👏

These ice packs stay cold over an hour. They're soft on your skin and are easy to use right out of the freezer. They stay put when walking around with them. When completely frozen they're still flexible and have never scratched my skin. Excellent for post workout relief for any inflammation you may have. Highly recommend.

I love this! I have a lot of lower back pain. This helps and I love that it stays good and cold for some time. I would say about three hours. I have not used the straps but they appear to be very well made. I have had cortisone shots in my back and just recently had some nerves burned. He told me it will take 3 to 4 weeks to feel the full effect. If this doesn’t relieve the pain, I will be purchasing another. Great for pain relief and I feel it is also a great value for its size and its versatility with the straps.

Love this ice pack, wraps and holds with velcro securely, make sure you get largest size if possible, knee has lot of swelling after knee surgery, I like the weight and keeps frozen adequately

Mi è piaciuto tanto che dopo averlo usato sul ginocchio ne avrei voluto comprare un altro. Due giorni dopo il prezzo era aumentato del 50%!!! Peccato, grande dimensione, copre bene tutta la zona interessata ed ha una durata più che sufficiente, ben oltre i 15 minuti prescritti per il trattamento. Se il prezzo tornasse allo stesso livello ne comprerei un altro. Revisione 28/1/26 Bene così, il prezzo non è solo stato riportato allo stesso livello ma addirittura ridotto del 10%. Quindi ho acquistato il secondo Ice Pack per usarlo contemporaneamente su entrambe le ginocchia. Speriamo che duri a lungo.

Brilliant. Great for wrapping round back, stomach, knee, arm. Anything that anyone in the house bumps or hurts this comes out. It has a nice velvet soft side so fine again direct skin. Every home should have in the freezer much better than a bag of peas. Stays cold for a long time too. Elastic Velcro strap is nice length too would fit around people of all sizes, children and very large men.
