How easy is it to transition to different weights between sets?

The patented ‘gator’ teeth and release design on our SMARTBAR enables smooth weight transitions between sets. Pull the red release lever and slide plates off with ease. Slide on a different plate and lock it firmly into place.

What Les Mills+ Workout Classes can I do with the SMARTBAR and Weight Plates?

Our SMARTBAR can be used during the Les Mills+ BODYPUMP, GRIT STRENGTH, and GRIT ATHLETIC classes, as well as other group fitness classes or personal training.
