We are a little bit clumsy and had broken a few of our smaller drinking glasses. I was looking for a nice, reasonably priced alternative and stumbled across these. I wondered if they would be "quite right" but took a chance and ordered. I am so glad I did. These glasses are lovely. They have a bit of a retro vibe and are the perfect size for orange juice in the morning, a soft drink with dinner or a spirit with mixer later in the evening. My hands get stiff these days but these glasses are easy to hold and the design seems to help with the grip. They wash up perfectly and while not being heavy the base feels solid and stable. They stack nicely (as long as you're not too heavy handed) too so take up a bit less room in the cupboard. These are good everyday drinking glasses, they are very strong when unpacking i knocke one off the kitchen bench onto the tiled floor it did not break, chip or damage thefloor.
