Great product
This is a very good product and I am using it for a couple of months. I wanted a portable backup device which is user friendly and does require the user to know the science behind the scene. It can be charged by normal power supply in India and I also use 200W solar panels to directly charge it too which lowers the total cost of ownership of this product. I use it to power my phone, laptop, portable fan, portable led lights and tried it on a 500W mixer grinder too.

Really very Good power generation. Good backup. But What I saw in pic 3 AC plug but Got one plug. Different from what they shows in picture. But even though product output is Good.

Very useful product for outdoor purposes
It’s very versatile to use and additionally a phone app to make things easier for managing various functions.Support and product related messages and follow up post sales is an absolute delight from the sales point of view , also supported by a virtual video call for an one on one product demo was good and professional , Mr.Alex Shaju the person who did the follow up video call provided all info and answered the queries thoroughly. Great product to have

Frootle has Horrible Customer Service
Frootle has abyssmal customer service. The ecoflow units, when they work, are nice. If they don't and try to get help from their technical team, expect your machine to be kept by them for 3-4 months which will result in a refund. I kept following up, week by week, "Sir, parts are arriving next week". This went on for 4 months and they finally refunded the money. They blame on "my senior" or "ecoflow global". They won't allow you to speak with any senior, just manipulate and give false commitments.

Excellent product
The product was what was promised and after sales support regarding demo and product explanation along with the mobile app download etc was done very well by Kathir, from Eco flow. Good job and good product .
