FibaroTemperature Sensor for The Heat Controller, FGBRS-001, White

I've built a home heating and hot water control system using Fibaro Home Center 3 and these Fibaro Heat Controller TRVs. The concept of using an external temperature sensor works brilliantly and avoids the constant issues I found with other systems that measure temperature from the TRV that is right next to the radiator!To get the most benefit from this system you need the Heat Activator plugin which is poorly advertised and poorly documented. It implements heat on demand to allow switching on a boiler and/or opening a zone valve when the TRV demands heat. In fact, the whole system is poorly documented and I've found it easier just to play with the configuration than try to read documentation and help files.Overall this kind of system offers far more flexibility than a proprietary system such as Hive (which I had before) and Nest. Fibaro is z-wave and supports devices from many different manufacturers.The TRV itself looks great and has a nice coloured ring that changes from blue to green, red then purple as higher temperatures are selected - much easier to see than the small LCD number display on other devices.I like this a lot, but installation will require a lot of experience with this type of system, or help from a trained installer.

Valvole termostatiche digitali davvero belle e funzionali. Sono le uniche che ho trovato con testina termostatica opzionale a distanza. A parte il design davvero bello, a mio parere, le ho trovate facili da montare. La configurazione con la centralina sembra essere un po' macchinosa all'inizio ma poi si scopre che e' agevole e veloce. Le modalita' di configurazione e programmazione sono molto dettagliate e ricche di funzionalita'. Inoltre il corpo valvola e' mediamente piu' piccolo di altre valvole in commercio simili.L'unica pecca del sistema e' relativa alle app di controllo da smartphone, davvero scarna, non e' possibile agire sulla programmazione e sul dettaglio di configurazione. Non merita il prodotto. Spero in un totale miglioramento. Il controllo totale si ha solo con la centralina Fibaro. Ho preso la Home Lite 3 che non costa uno sproposito ma se si tratta di controllare solo valvole termiche Fibaro e' piu' che ottima.In generale davvero un bel prodotto.

Auch bei mir hat das Produkt nicht auf Anhieb funktioniert. Selbst nach dem Firmware Update von Version 4.0 auf 4.4 wurde der im Heizungsplan hinterlegte Wert ignoriert. Zum jeweiligen Umschaltzeitpunkt wurde immer die Solltemperatur 20°C eingestellt, egal was im Heizungsplan angegeben war.Erst nachdem ich im HC2 beim Modul unter dem Reiter "Erweitert" den Button "Synchronisieren" entdeckt und gedrückt hatte, funktioniert das Heizungsthermostat wie erwartet und ich bin nun hochzufrieden mit dem Produkt.Noch eine kleine Anmerkung: ich verwende das Thermostat mit dem (optionalen) Temperatursensor. Z.Zt. wird hier über Amazon bzw. Amazon Marketplace das Set aus Thermostat und Temperatursensor zu einem höheren Preis angeboten, als wenn man die beiden Produkte einzeln bestellt.
