Great guide poles with a great price. Went together easily and securely. Worked flawlessly on my tracker grizzly jon boat. Only modification I did was to drill a hole at the top side of the pvc cap to equalize the pressure when backed in the water. Will have to say a lot of the negative reviews from people I read seem to fall into the (qualified captain) category. 😂

An excellent kit! Easy to assemble. High quality materials. Makes loading the boat easier. Much less expensive and better quality than what I was seeing in the brick and mortar stores.

The guides were very easy to install & adjust . The PVC pipe & caps were nice & thick . They slid nicely over the square tubing & adding a bit of duct tape to the top of the tubing before sliding the pipe over, will prevent a lot of rattling .The “Galvanized “ finish is very thin on all of the surfaces & hardware..I’m doubtful that it’ll hold up well if exposed to saltwater.All in all it should do the job & I can touch up the hardware with some cold galvanizing paint as needed.

I put these on as close as I could get to the boat. Took it to the ocean and launched and loaded the boat 6 different times. The guides helped so we did not have to hold ropes as I pulled the boat up the ramp...perfect guides. The instructions did say to put a small amount of glue on the cap. Drove the boat/trailer over 2500 miles in the last 2 months and they are solid. I may cut another slot for the higher position for the guide on the other side of the pipe but not dead set on doing that yet.

Super easy to install, very rigid.
