So this is worth mentioning in case you are one of the few who has a hard time swallowing larger than normal pills.Secondly, it actually works. In the two weeks of use, I've noticed a difference in my skin and fingernails. They actually feel stronger and less brittle, if that makes sense.I won't call it a cheat, but it's a relatively easy way of giving your body a boost, and the price point isn't bad.

I just went for it because of the ingredients. Easy to swallow. I take this one at night, since I already take the powder form with breakfast which is only collagen I and II.Always make sure of the source of all of the ingredients. I avoid anything that is GMO(Bioengineered ingredients) because I want what God made when come to nutrition, the other stuff still have yet to prove to me otherwise. I also try to avoid products that which come from animal source that fed off of lab grown tech, too.I desire to keep my collagen, tendons, cartilage, sinews, hair, and eyes as healthy as possible and reduced the side-effects of aging for as long as possible. This is why I have this as part of my diet for good health.

They were said to be delivered WEEKS ago, but no one ever reached back out to me. They must have just resent it or something bc it showed up in my mailbox (not the front door as was stated) after about 3 weeks of waiting and messaging the merchant. They aren't very good at all, in fact they ignore you in every way but finally these came in. They don't have a strong smell so that's wonderful. I'll update this after trying them out for a couple weeks.

I take one pill a day - the pill is big, and I make sure I consume it with sufficient amount of water or juice. Besides the main ingredient which is collagen, the pill contains vitamin A and niacin, which are essential for skin elasticity and even eye vision.The bottle in which they come is well sealed and solid too.

Great supplement, I'm about halfway through the bottle and it seems to have some noticeable effects which is nice. It is easy to swallow and no strange flavors as it goes down. Great supplement and good effects. No issues with any side effects or anything.
