Just good old Imperial Leather. But good value for 6 bars

Classic soap - still so effective
Imperial leather original is a classic I stock up on... afraid that it might be discontinued or the formula changed. Love the distinctive shape with pointy corners, the curves, the funny little raised rectangle with Imperial Leather sticker atop (guessing this is designed to rest the soap on so it dries and doesn't go soggy?). The scent..fresh and unique. Yes I am raving about a soap. It's cheap, it lasts for ages (unless you let it sit in water and then it goes soggy, get around this by drying on a slatted surface, some soap dishes have this). I've used expensive facial soaps from the posh cosmetic houses but none beats the grease cutting non drying effects of Imperial Leather. The trick is not to lather up like a maniac, a little lather goes a long way. If you use too much it leaves a residue. Works best with warm to hot water. It cured my son's acne. If other half has an allergic reaction a few days washing with this seems to calm the rash. The other version of Imperial Leather soap... the white one, think marketed as mild... that one doesn't cut the mustard... but may be of some use to someone with different skin needs. Will always repurchase, and currently have so many bars in my cupboard that I could open a shop just selling this soap. And it would be a success, because this soap is GREAT!!!
