An sich fühlt sich der Artikel gut an, aber der Blower kam (obwohl Verpackung unbeschädigt) vollkommen verformt bei mir an. Leider ist er oben an der Aufnahme so verformt, dass ein Teil der Luft nicht durch die Mühle geht, sondern oben wieder heraus, so ist das natürlich nicht gedacht, bin dementsprechen enttäuscht.

I would prefer to use my Specialita with its multi-dose hopper in timed mode. However, I live in a very humid environment and my grinder has been prone to clogging so I decided to try single dosing with a smaller hopper and bellows. I still get considerable and variable retention when I don’t use the bellows. However, by single dosing and use of the bellows at the end of each dose, I now consistently have almost zero retention. My main dislike of this kit is that the anti-popcorning shield doesn’t work as intended. It traps beans around the perimeter on the top of the shield. Pushing on the bellows doesn’t dislodge the beans. My only solution is to leave it out. Minus one star for this.

Rather than 3D print my own version, I thought I'd give this manufactured single dose hopper a try, despite having only one written review on the negative side. It's actually pretty darn good. While the unit I received does not have an "anti-popcorn deflector," in practice it doesn't seem necessary. I typically dose 18g of home-roasted beans with a couple drops of water to keep static down. The sides of this hopper are steep enough to allow all the beans into the grinder, which is why I bought it. No beans get hung up on the hopper, though occasionally a stray bean will sit on the circular ledge of the grinder housing's feed chute itself. This is far better than trying to single-dose with the OEM square hopper. You can use this with or without the bellows. If you're not worried about a couple grams of stale grounds potentially contaminating your next brew, just use the included plastic lid instead of the bellows. That said, the bellows work well for encouraging any remaining grinds to come out the chute. I find one must give it several aggressive "slaps" to generate enough air pressure and really clean the grinder out. The hopper I received arrived with a mysterious extra black rubber band. I'm not sure if that was supposed to be in the box, but I decided to stretch it around the metal bellows lid to add some additional grip when handling that part. I really can't think of anything i'd change, so five stars it is.
