Good shape for joints and long lasting heat
This was perfect for my shoulder. 30 seconds in the microwave and the heat lasts for quite a while. I did not measure exactly how long the heat lasts but it was a nice long time for only 30 seconds in the microwave

Highly recommend
Very comfortable and stays in place in the sling, tightly against the shoulder, without wobbling or slipping around. Great for soothing a painful outer shoulder joint.
