Cons: Strong SmellPros: Very good ingredient list and minerals. All safe ingredients, no weird herbs or concoctions. Good quality salts used wherever possible, I see the attempt!Suggestions: 1. Veggie Capsule, maybe additional ingredients like Boron etc. 2. Better chelated organic salts for higher absorption. 3. Another supplement for bone health - K2, D3, Mg, Calcium, phosphorus combo

Not a great product, Makes you sick and bloated
It contains double the amount of iron of what it is recommended for adult, all the vitamins are present in synthetic form which makes your stomach upset right after taking the tablet.The tablets stinks after opening.They have just jammed every single vitamin they could find for cheap and listed it. Not recommended, better to go for other brands which offer a blend of vitamins which are actually better for you at needed quantity.
