At last, the perfect monitor
First one i received was faulty, had a stuck pixel right in the middle of the screen, unfortunate but hardly anyone's fault and the returns process was ultra smooth by the Amazon service team as usual.New one arrived only a few days later and was perfect, and this monitor is just that...PERFECT!!. What can i say this thing is huge, nice bright crisp display with virtually no light bleed from the edges at all, i could never go back to using a standard size or even a 27" monitor at that.Color was almost spot on right out of the box if a little bright for my eyes but downloading the correct icc file from the net and configuring windows to use it quickly rectified that and now the display is stunning. Text is inky black and crisp, videos just Ooze richness. Some people have complained about the menu buttons but i have no issue with them and my fingers tips are like carrot ends so i don`t understand that. The monitor will bend and twist into any angle you want thanks to its brilliant stand which moves and glides in every direction, be warned though you need a sturdy desk as this thing is heavy but apart from that i seriously cannot find anything negative to say about it. If your contemplating it or scouring the net looking at thousands of monitor reviews like i was then stop and buy one, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic Monitor and fantastically Bad Samsung Customer Service
I am very pleased with this monitor.I am using it for photo editing and watching DVD movies. There is supposed to be a slight color shift at extreme viewing angles, but this is hardly noticeable and does not detract from photo editing or watching DVD movies. The text scaling default is a good size. However, I prefer it much bigger at 150%. I have Windows 7 and the text does not look sharp at 150%, unless you use the 'Adjust ClearType text' option. I found it best for my eyesight on the default settings. I did this by just pressing 'Next' through the text options and then 'Finish'. The Adjust ClearType text option is found in the left hand side column of Control Panel/ Display/ Make text or other items larger or smaller. This monitor is exceptionally good value for money and I am very pleased I bought it.On a final note, I must say I think Samsung Customer Service is terrible and rubbish. I spent over an hour on the phone with them, speaking to various people about the monitor. None of them knew anything. I can only guess they must be paid with chicken feed and vegetable seeds and have absolutely no training from Samsung. I recommend using blogs instead if you want to find out anything.

This is an awesome monitor
I do a lot of graphics design and Lightroom editing and man the images and text and colours are great. Unfortunately the delivery guy (hermes) are just terrible because pf the way they handle the item. Upon opening the box. Their are droplets of water inside and some of the foam are scattered in the box along with the stand and back plate.Product pros and cons:pros:-Huge for a 32 inch coming from 24 inch monitor. Good for multi tasking.-Pls panel is great. Has deeper blacks that I did not notice on ips. Although they are on par with ips for colour accuracy and viewing angles.-1440p is amazing for qhd movies or videos and this allows me to zoom real close to text on illustrator fpr accuracy.-Stand is also awesome you can swivel tilt adjust up and down and you can also turn the monitor for portrait mode.Cons;-a bit expensive, price would probably decline after a year.-you need to make sure that your graphics card or on borad graphics card is compatible tp produce 1440p.- for gaming, you need a good graphics card to run and play game at 1440p res 60hz. I have a gtx 970 and it eats a lot of vram on gta v and my graphics setting is not even maxed out at 1440p res.

Outstanding monitor - this the optimum resolution
Initially bought an Acer 27" 4k monitor to go with my new i5 PC, but although impressive, the 2160px vertical result ion was just too much - the writing on the screen was minuscule. So, I went for this, which is 1440px and a bit bigger overall. It's absolutely perfect!I mainly use it for photo editing and music production, and the colour consistency and resolution just makes the task easy. It's better than a standard TN type panel, and whilst not mean to be as wide a viewing area as and IPS panel, this is perfectly consistent over what anyone would consider "normal" viewing angles. The desk stand has a swing counterbalance in it so you can raise or lower it easily, and the whole thing swivels through 90deg in case you want to use it portrait mode. Comes with a whole bunch of cables including HDMI and DVI so you don't need to buy anything at all extra (except possibly a bigger desk!)

Pretty good 2k monitor at a reasonable price.
Monstrous, heavy, but does the job. The weight exceeds the permitted loading on most VESA arms. However, as it exceeds it just a bit (by ~ 10%) you can try your luck (and the tightness of the arm adjustment screws).

Good while it lasted.
This was an excellent monitor while it lasted, but it has just stopped working after exactly one year and eight days, and the system tells me that eligibility for return expired eight days ago. Currently using a spare monitor of a different brand that I've had for about 20 years (so it is possible to make them) while I consider what to buy to replace it. Probably not another of the same.

Picture is as good as I could want
I read all the other reviews and thought that I may have issues. Well the only issue I had was with the sound. The monitor (32" LS32D850T) is connected to my iMac 27" 2015 model via DP to mini-DP cable. It connected and displayed perfectly with no input from me! I did however turn the brightness and contrast down to 50% as it was too bright. My sound issue is that as the monitor has some sort of built-in sound through the DisplayPort connection, the iMac set my default audio output to the display. I set it back to my headphone output again once I realised the issue.Picture is as good as I could want. It displays at 60Hz.And I am now used to the size of it, blew me away for the first week. Couldn't go back to my old 24" Eizo.
