I was excited to try out this spiral vegetable slicer, as I love the idea of easily turning my vegetables and the work being done for me. However, I was disappointed to find that once I loaded my veggies onto the slicer, I could only slice the outside of the piece. The entire middle of my veggies was left uncut, which was a big flaw in my opinion.It's a good idea, but the flaw in its design makes it less useful than I had hoped.

This vegetable spiralizer works great! I used it recently to make curly fries (yes, with a potato) and it worked fantastically. I am looking forward to making my own pasta noodles, especially with squash and other veggies. It comes with no instructions but was easy to figure out, but this may vary with experience using a spiralizer. The price for this vegetable spiralizer is a good price and I would recommend this product to others.
