Really great headphones for work, voice clear and good at suppressing background noises so far. Nice to walk around freely with these wireless headsets, and clean desk set up with the charging stand. Comfortable initially, but can feel a bit tight after an hour or two of use - but really worth it for the sound quality especially wfh in a noisy environment. Terrible instructions though on the box with how to connect the headphones, need to hold the power button/slider down to pair with a laptop in order to connect properly.

After watching several reviews online i decided to buy this headset and I must say it's exactly as described. Welldone Epos. The microphone noise cancelling is highly effective (it is very important to ensure that the headset is selected as the input device on your call app and laptop), i intially used it without selecting it as my input device on the specific call app and i thought it wasnt effective till i did the right selection. You can make calls with so much noise around you and the person you are speaking to would not hear your background noise. Tbh, the headset is very good for business professionals, very comfortable with high quality audio. I dont use this for music at all,strictly business communications for me. Its best to read the description carefully and decide on what your priorities are before purchasing. As for me the microphone noise cancelling was my priority and i would say my expectations were met. Just to note: i bought the Epos Impact 1061T ANC

Great headset with the best noise cancelling mic I've tested (far ahead of the likes of the Jabra Evolve 20) - great for work calls in a busy office. The earcups rotate to lie flat and fit in a nice soft travel pouch. Sound quality is pretty poor and these don't get loud at all (but that's my experience with other headsets too) so I use these just for their mic, and have audio output going to separate earbuds. For how good the mic is on this headset I'm really happy with this purchase and have bought a second pair as a spare.

I really wanted to like these headphones but after a few weeks of usage the headphones started randomly turning off making conference calls embarrassing. This happens if you use the dongle or native bluetooth. When using native bluetooth the connection is very unstable and drops for a split second every few minutes. The support for this product is poor, i raised my issue in November 2024, and after countless back and fourth asking me to update my microsoft teams, laptop etc they finally agreed to send a replacement dongle, the whole process took the best part of 3 months. Noise cancellation on this though is second to none.

Product has good ANC and good mic - you can use them in a noisy environment and the mic wont pick up anything at all other than the person on the call. The ANC also helps reduce the environmental noise for the person using the headset. However, for a premium product the support from EPOS is AWFUL. My headset does not show up in the PC app so we can't update firmware. Tried on several different machines, several different cables, nothing. Emails to support get pointless answers afters days - are you sure the cable is connected, are you sure the headset is switched on, send us a photo of the screen you're seeing (which simply says no device connected), then wait days again. After 2 weeks of back and forth still not resolved and if this is what i can expect by way of support we won't be buying any more of them. Amazon no better - their support simply says contact manufacturer.

Amazing headset, look no further. Battery life is mega strong. Mic quality is top-notch. The only downside is that it does get a bit uncomfortable on the ears after a while, but I'm happy to take the trade-off as it's really good.

I can take calls in a loud gym with blasting music and people can't hear a thing, yet I sound incredibly crisp. These aren't for music and can get a bit uncomfortable for longer sessions, but they are absolutely great for calls.

Ich schreibe nicht häufig Bewertungen, habe hier aber das Gefühl, ein kleines Gegengewicht gegen die in meinen Augen ungerechtfertigt schlechte Bewertung des Produktes bieten zu müssen. Das Headset ist das beste mir bekannte Bluetooth Headset für das Büro. Ich habe den direkten Vergleich mit dem Jabra Evolve 75, dem Jabra Evolve2 75 und dem Poly Voyager Focus 2. Das Epos 1061 bietet die beste Sprachqualität und es schirmt den Gesprächspartner am wirkungsvollsten von Störgeräuschen im Raum ab. Die Bluetooth Verbindung ist extrem stabil. Auch drei Räume weiter funktioniert sie. In normalem Setup (Rechner neben oder auf dem Schreibtisch) gibt es niemals Aussetzer. Die Wiedergabequalität ist ebenfalls super, wobei ich das Gerät aber auch primär zum Telefonieren benutze und Bass und Klang daher nur zweitrangig für mich sind. Dennoch habe ich aufgehört auf meine Audio-Kopfhörer zu wechseln, da der Klang der Epos für mich völlig ausreicht. Das Jabra 75 hat eine winzige Verzögerung bei der Übertragung, was jedoch bei einer hitzigen Diskussion schnell nervig wird, da man dem Gesprächspartner ungewollt ins Wort fällt. Das Poly Voyager wirkt insgesamt etwas veraltet, z.B. durch den Micro-USB Anschluss. Und das Mikrofon filtert Störgeräusche im Raum nicht so wirkungsvoll heraus, sodass der Gesprächspartner mehr davon mitbekommt. Ich neige leider dazu, zu laut zu sprechen, wenn ich meine eigene Stimme nicht höre. Die Talk-Through Funktion leistet wirkungsvoll Abhilfe. Das Jabra bietet zwar eine ähnliche Funktion, diese lässt sich aber nicht laut genug einstellen. Beim Epos ist die höchste Einstellung selbst für meinen Bedarf zu hoch, sodass sie bei mir bei 50% steht. Das Gerät ist tadellos verarbeitet und lässt sich sofort und ohne Installation nutzen. Die Software „Epos Connect“ ist optional und bietet dann Zugriff auf weitere Einstellungsmöglichkeiten, wie die o.g. Talk-Through Lautstärke. Auch der Ladestand ist von den drei Geräten am besten gelöst, da das Headset lediglich aufgelegt werden muss, während man beim Jabra einen integrierten Stecker treffen muss. Ich treffe die Kaufentscheidung für Headsets bei mir in der Firma. Bisher habe ich das Jabra Evolve 75 gekauft (nicht das Evolve2, da ich es für einen Rückschritt gegenüber dem Vorgänger halte). Ab jetzt werde ich das Epos 1061 kaufen.

Please note that this version doesn’t include the charging dock, which I actually prefer. I love that it can be configured through a web interface. No need to ask our IT team to install any software. The noise-cancelling mic is excellent though I find the speaker volume a little low. I had it shipped to the Philippines and received it in less than a week.
