I ordered my first keyboard and mouse set, but when I got them connected to my computer the cursor was lagging far behind the mouse movements. I returned that set as defective and ordered another set. That replacement setwas delivered the very next day after I began the return process for the first one. Their customer service was top-notch in my experience. After the replacement was delivered, I learned that I had plugged the USB chip into a slot intended for a memory device, not a keyboard or mouse. So the first one wasn't defective. My problems were related to user error. However, with the USB plugged into a proper slot, I have used the keyboard and mouse over several days. I've found the mouse fits my hand very well and the buttons are smooth, responsive and almost silent. The keys on the keyboard are very smooth operating with a nice "feel" and they are nearly silent as well. I write science fiction novels in addition to operating the family cattle ranch, so I spend a lot of time using both keyboard and mouse. I'm very happy with my purchase and would gladly recommend them to my friends.

Was a hit at my office!

The keyboard is super loud and the mouse is opposite and highly sensitive. I’m constantly clicking accidentally just renting y finger on the pointer. The extra buttons on the side of the mouse trigger you to go back or forward on a webpage and also highly sensitive so I just rest my finger and it clicks me back to previous webpages.Definitely don’t recommend if you’re not used to an insanely sensitive mouse.

This keyboard is nice and compact, which is what I was looking for.Still learning some key locations due to this, not sure if I would purchase this style again.Battery life is great though and so is the mouse! I love the shape-fits my hand perfectly!

After months of using, it is dead. No recommended for long period.

*** update *** I am updating my review as I think I was a bit too nitpicky on things that are preference vs actual issue. Since my review, my wife has taken over the mouse and keyboard and she's quite happy with it. She likes the lightness and quietness of the mouse, and she doesn't have an issue with accidentally hitting the side buttons. She also doesn't have the disconnect issue when her computer comes out of sleep that mine had. That said, I think for smaller hands the mouse may be a better fit and so it might be good for some user.*** original review below ***The mouse is very light and while that's seems to be one of their selling points, it just does not have a good feel to it. It feels very smooth and plasticky except on the sides where it has bumps to help with gripping. The mouse buttons have no audible feedback such as a click and has only a slight tactile feedback when you click the buttons. The two side buttons are very sensitive and I regularly accidently pushed them.The keyboard was also light but for the most part it was OK. It had rubber feet that kept it in place, but no way to adjust height. There were a few keys that were in unusual spots/sizes such as the backspace key which on most keyboards is fairly wide but on this one was narrower, which made it harder to hit when touch typing and I was often hitting the key to the right of it. The tactile feel of the keyboard is similar to other low profile and laptop keyboards.The dongle was plug and play and worked right away, however sometimes when the computer came out of sleep, I would lose the mouse pointer and have to unplug and replug it back in. I don't have this issue with other mice I have tried on this pc.

I love this keyboard, really sleek and beautiful. Also, the mouse is the quietest and elegant. I’m really happy with this product, thank you. It’s just what I was looking for!
