I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He's yet to use it but is looking forward to it. Lovely pieces of wood.

Good selection of four different timbers

Little bit brittle in places but does the job although the spoon handle is very narrow so doesn't give you much room to play

If you are aware of what you are buying then these are OK. They are a practice item only, the blanks are small so anything you carve will be the size of a Teaspoon. 4 different types of wood so as a learner you can get experience in carving Cherry, Mulberry, Walnut & Basswood.

I gave these to my grandson, along with some carving tools and a book on carving. He loved them! So much healtheir than something electronic.

Good size for smaller teaspoons.
