It’s very versitle, I’ve used this with my dumbbells, kettlebell, and to wrap around my waist for weighted dips. I use a 25lb kettlebell and so far it’s held up.

This Forearm Strengthener is perfect for what I needed it for because I have a number of kettlebells and fixed Dumbbells which would be ideal for this equipment because of the fixing method.

It looks way bigger in the pictures but it’s small. The grips are way too big to hold onto and rotate. It is not very grippy and it hurts hands when rotating even small weights. It is very hard to keep it stable due to the short handles which brings ur hands closer to the centre of mass. For this price I would have expected something more premium. I tried to use it multiple times but now it’s just sitting collecting dust.
