Amazon Basics Mini DisplayPort (Thunderbolt 2) to HDMI DVI VGA Adapter - White

I use this to connect a MS Surface pro tablet with Win10 (through its miniDisplay port) to a projector that has a VGA cable on it and it works great. THe video that gets sent through looks excellent. Build quality looks good, cable portion is long enough to not hang badly off the tablet, and it's not heavy enough to pull on the tablet either.

I was a bit apprehensive to purchase this as some reviews said it dis not work or that broke down after only a few uses. I teach and used this every day on many different projectors. I have not had any problems. The VGA picture quality is substantially better than the HDMI picture quality. Overall, great value for the product.

Good results. Using it for about two month now. Like: great to have options for different connector types, especially if you have older monitor models to connect to and/or older video cables. Video quality for regular office work is great. Dislike: the Mini Display port (Thunderbolt) connector doesn't connect tightly to my MacBook, thus involuntarily moving the cable/adapter while connected sometimes makes the image flicker.

Great little adapter for the price. This was a such a quick plug-n-play (plug in and play), that I even was able to show a non-techhie how to use it. Worked perfectly for extending tablet onto an actual monitor.

I like the fact that I do not have to carry multiple dongles anymore. This works perfectly fine with my Lenovo T series laptops. Note that as described in the listing, that this adapter works with only one connector at a time.

I got this because my employer provided me with an older Lenovo PC for work. That computer had a mini display/thunderbolt 2 port instead of an HDMI, so I could not use my usual HDMI-DVI cable; I bought this AmazonBasics Mini DisplayPort to HDMI/DVI/VGA because I was curious to see how well it worked and it proved excellent! I tried it with cables using each interface and it never skipped a beat. I'd recommend to anyone who wants/needs such a versatile tool.

Ordered this hoping to use it with my girlfriends Surface Pro 4 and an older monitor that didnt have an HDMI port, only VGA and DVI. DVI didnt work at all, no signal was read, and VGA worked for a while but after a couple hours of use the screen started dropping the signal. After we tried unplugging it and restarting things, it connected again but the picture quality was blurry, shaky, and then disconnected after about 30 seconds. NEED HELP! and I didnt want to return it but I have no where else to ask for help on Amazon anymore....sorry, but now you get a bad review hoping that you see it. Please help if you can Amazon.

I've been using this adapter for 4+ hours a week for nearly a year. This adapter works fine to connect my Surface Pro 2017 to various classroom projectors using the HDMI or VGA ports (I have never used the DVI port). Unfortunately, I get some some small, frustrating errors when presenting in PowerPoint in Office 365. Most of my lectures involve annotating PowerPoint slides, so I can't believe I've put up with these issues for so long. No other programs seem to have issues when using this adapter. While using either Presenter or Duplicate Display mode, the presentation will frequently and randomly advance to the next slide, even when I'm not touching the device. When in Presenter mode, ink annotations will disappear from a small area in the bottom left quadrant of the slide. I have searched for and tried many solutions to these problems. I have become convinced these issues are caused by this adapter since they do not occur when using a dedicated mini display to VGA adapter from Insignia. I'm ordering a few mini display to HDMI adapters to test and see if one will not cause errors.

White version was available for a lesser price . Anyways product is quite nice. Using appropriate HDMI cable I was able to get 120 FPS on my gaming monitor.

J'ai commandé ce produit pour l'utiliser avec un MacBook Air 2017, qui a une sortie Thunderbolt 2 / Minidisplay port. Le produit fait très bien le job, les 3 sorties DVI, HDMI et VGA sont fonctionnelles, ce qui permet de ne pas balader 3 adaptateurs en fonction de l'écran ou du vidéoprojecteur auquel on va devoir se connecter. Le produit semble de bonne facture et bien solide, et le prix est vraiment compétitif par rapport à la panoplie d'adaptateurs Apple qu'il remplace !

Great little gadget. Allows you to connect from mini DP to any of the ports HDMI / DVI / VGA with ease. Great quality and does a great job.

Ho acquistato questo articolo per la seconda volta perchè ho perso il primo - funziona sempre! Lo uso con il mio MacBook Air da anni per collegarmi a proiettori, monitor, tv etc per le presentazioni aziendali e non ho MAI avuto un problema (contrariamente ad altri modelli precedenti che ogni tanto non andavano). Fantastico. Iper-consigliato per risolvere tutte le situazioni di collegamento a monitor esterno. Non richiede driver, software o altre cose: lo collegate e va.

Había comprado un convertidor a HDMI en una famosa tienda de informática y electrónica y no funcionaba nada bien (la imagen se veía borrosa). Sin embargo, este convertidor 3 en 1 funciona perfectamente y a un precio razonable.
