Dont waste time or money
Awful product and awful customer service. The counter has never worked properly- this is the second unit we have received, the first returned as it didnt work at all. We have had communication with the seller since purchase about issues, they would give an instructions to fix it after a week or so, the instructions dont work, and back to waiting for a response. I have asked for a full refund as they can see we have never had an operational device but no response. We have lost out on a whole year worth of data at this point

Barebones for the price
SmartCoounter Retail People Counter - ReviewThis People Counter by smartcoounter offers a compact people counter with quite limited functionality. For the price the device is quite basic, I wish it offered more like a larger screen with a GUI interface and rechargeable batteries. Sadly no AAA batteries are included in the box so you’ll have to provide these yourself. For £185.00, at the time of review, this is very expensive. Other options can do a very similar job. Due to this, I find it hard to recommend. 3 stars.

Smaller than expected and wall mounting by double sided tape is very crude for a £229 purchase.
